The Panasonic PT-LX321U XGA DLP Projector is a lightweight and portable projector with XGA (1,024 x 768 pixels) resolution that features 3,200 lumens of brightness and a 4,000:1 contrast ratio. In addition to a 8,500 hour maximum lamp replacement cycle, its Intelligent Lamp Control System automatically adjusts the lamp output in accordance with the brightness of the projected image, as a result, effectively reducing power consumption of the unit by up to 70%. The compact, ultra-light unit is effortless to move between locations, measuring 11-11/32" x 3-15/16" x 9-1/16" and weighing just over five pounds. The ecological design of the PT-LX321U greatly reduces any environmental impact, with power consumption a mere 0.5W in Eco Standby Mode.

Ease of operation and installation are facilitated by several advanced functions, including an abundance of interfaces including an HDMI input terminal, 2 sets of computer (RGB) input terminals, a wired LAN terminal and a serial (RS-232C) terminal for external control. These features support a wide range of system architectures for portable or ceiling-mounted use. The projector's "Wall Color Setting" mode corrects the color schemes of the projected image when projecting on non-white surfaces to prevent color irregularities.

The wired LAN terminal allows Crestron's application software, "Crestron ConnectedTM", which can control various system devised by using a personal computer connected to the network. For simplified maintenance, the projector incorporates top-panel lamp replacement, which means it does not have to be removed from a ceiling mount for upkeep.
