Although the Lumix menu is familiar (update from GH5), it probably takes a while to explore all the camera's possibilities. and the possibilities seems limitless. This camera is a beast. highly recommended. and includes FREE ITEMS! which are must have.

Excellent body, good stabilization, very good functions, good autofocus, I expect a lot from the Lumix in this new stage.

It's my first full frame camera, I used an Olympus before, so far it seems great to me, it has everything I need for photography and I'm learning video so that was the main reason for buying it, it feels much better than some Sonys I've tried and the price was very good, so for me it's an excellent purchase.

I upgraded from the Sony A7C to this, and I'm loving it! Got a sweet deal at Adorama with a student discount, so the price was way lower than expected. Started with the 20-60 and 50 combo, and I've been using it every day since. Couldn't be happier! Just added a 28-200 to the mix too. This is the best bang for your buck right now in FF cameras to be honest.

Chose this over all it's competitors after weeks of research, especially those from Canon and Sony. Can't go wrong especially for the price. L mount is killing it right now with lenses and you can't go wrong with this body for the price.

A totally brilliant addition to the Lumix range. My number one gripe with the Lumix range was the lack of phase-detect autofocus, so I'm glad that they've introduced this feature in the S5 II and S5 IIX. I'm looking forward to the future of what's next for Lumix.

Very pleased as a photo camera and a video one. Customizability and functions for both video as well as photo is unreal... Coming from a DSLR (Nikon), it blows my mind the amount of control and customizability comes with mirrorless and this amazing camera. I love it and have no regrets.

By far the best full frame camera under $2k! The addition of phase detect AF has put this camera among some of the best performing auto focus systems out there! You'd be hard pressed to find anything that stacks up at this price point!

My first full-frame camera and I love it. Take a few days to set it up with the menus being the way they are, but once you're up and running, the autofocus and stabilization are worth every penny.

This camera can pretty much do anything you need it to in a small form factor. Has a MFT feel with a full size sensor. If you already have L mount glass you are good to go! Image quality is great and the AF is finally useable - thank you Panasonic for that! Pairs well with S1H in my tests. Feature rich and easy to use.

I own the S5 and I feel like my new S5 mark ii unlocks so much creativity and allows my to really focus freely on what I'm capturing with no limitations. I can now trust that my S5 mark ii will do what I need it to do with no distractions as my daily driver. I recommend the S5 mark ii to few different people. First anyone looking to upgrade form the original S5 or anyone wanting to get into a full from system. If you are looking for a new system that will unlock new creative ideas or anyone looking to own and be proud of a system that will soon lead the way in mirrorless camera innovation.

Changing my system and happy
By JUAN P.
It's my first full frame camera, I used an Olympus before, so far it seems great to me, it has everything I need for photography and I'm learning video so that was the main reason for buying it, it feels much better than some Sonys I've tried and the price was very good, so for me it's an excellent purchase.
Great Budget Hybrid! One of the best!
By Harrison W.
