I previously bought an LED flat screen and returned it for the plasma. LEDs and LCDs are great for sports and video games, but if you enjoy film, plasma's the best. And Panasonic knows plasmas.

Eccelent TV

Bought this TV for my mom for XMAS and she just loves it! She's a big Chicago Bulls fan and loves it for their games... even at only 60Hz no detectable blurring during fast action.
Sound is better than expected for general viewing... no need for surround sound for her.
