The video feature of the camera works okay. Although the microphone doesn't pick up great sound unless the person is really projecting their voice. I video sales presentations. My biggest disappointment is in taking digital shots with the camera. The picture looks fine when it is on a computer screen, but once you print it out the quality is very poor. Pictures of people are scary! I purchased this camera thinking I had purchased a great video camera and digital camera all in one, but I was disappointed. I took this camera on vacation and felt I had it all together, but the pictures were horrible. Fortunately, my husband took a traditional film camera, so he was able to capture those special moments. I laughed at him at first for bringing an old fashioned piece of equipment. He got the last laugh!
