Now with Cool Split-rings!

I've bought anchor packs before -- this time I got a surprise. Inside the cardboard package was this little clear bag with two small oval split-rings and two little black sleeves to slip over them -- along with a specialized tool with which to install the split-rings. These are the ultimate in design efficiency, being big enough to provide an articulated connection point that won't wear out the anchor loop and small enough not to make any superfluous noise on the camera body. Freakin' genius.

Useful extras

I bought a couple of straps and added these to get free shipping, the black ones are a little more subtle than the standard ones and allow to keep them attached to my bigger lenses.

Have one strap to rule them all (and attach this anchors to all of your cameras)

This are very handy to attach to your cameras and other gear. Then connecting to the Peak Design straps is a couple of seconds only. I currently own just one strap which I can wear continuously and just attach the camera I need when I need it.
