Great looking bang

Nice size bag for my Fuji X 100 V. I like to look in the construction of the bag and the way the strap works.

Great Bag, just not for hiking

i bought this bag in hopes of being able to use it hiking. It is very roomy and has solid construction and nice features. It is just awkward to attach your tripod to the top flap. It is always in the way when you need to get into the bag. Also, I carry one camera, one extra lens and a few minor accessories. it is just too big. I will be trading it for the large sling bag. I may keep it for a carry-on.

Its big enough for a full frame DSLR and essentials...

This bag arrived the day before going to Caribbean islands. I choose the 13" size to reduce foot print and minimize gear brought. (Nikon D810, Tamron SP 35mm F/1.8 Di VC USD, SB800 Flash, Sekonic LiteMaster Pro L-L478, ColorChecker Passport, Flash Bender XL, Peak Design hand-strap & Shoulder, iPad Pro, iPad Mini, iPhone, Battery Charger, Miscellaneous) The bag is stylish and you can finagle the DSLR from the zipper on top, although, never accessed this way during the trip. Overall the design of this bag served its purpose and secured the gear with the magnetic latch. The only downside was securing it to the carry on luggage pullout handle. It's become my everyday bag . . .

Well worth the money

Well worth the money. I've owned so many bags I lost count. This one is by far is my favorites. Very good put together and useful additions. It's very comfy over the shoulders regardless of weight. I love it.

Near perfect

In my constant search for the perfect camera bag, as well as everyday bag, I find this to be very close to what I've been looking for. Has all the necessary bell and whistles and looks great too, without, I think, saying please steal me.

Awesome Bag!

This is a fantastic bag. I bought the tan-colored one. Had a little time to take it on business trips as my work bag. It holds what I need and serves well on airplane rides. Positives: 1) Good carrying capacity: I've taken the Peak Design Everyday Messenger 13" bag with me on business travel, where the bag held my laptop, a magazine, my ipad, my mirrorless camera, carry-on toiletries, a notebook, a water bottle, and a few other small items. While it isn't a bag for major shoots, it is great for holding an assortment of items. 2) Great look: This bag has received more compliments than any of my other bags (yes, I'm a camera bag hoarder). 3) Handy: Able to fit a lot of items in the various pockets. - Front pocket great for pens, batteries, small pocket notebooks, memory cards, etc. - Top pocket great for holding small documents (e.g. passport, boarding passes), and the top zipper makes the top pocket very easily accessible. - Back pocket great for holding documents, iPad, and laptop 4) Ergonomics: The bag compartments are all very easily accessible, and the small side pockets are great for stashing small items. That front clasp hasn't lost it's awesomeness - I still flip it open and close just for the heck of it sometimes! Cons: 1) The back pocket is pretty tight. It fits my wife's 13" Macbook Pro or my older 13" Macbook Pro (thicker) without any issues. However, my work-issued 13" Dell (actually thicker and wider than 13") wouldn't fit until after some stretching by the other laptops. I was able to make do by putting the Dell into the main compartment and using dividers from other camera cases to supplement the ones that came with the bag. 2) The dividers are pretty neat, but there are limitations. I've added in extra dividers from other systems when needed. 3) The padding on the strap is nice, but still becomes uncomfortable once the bag is weighed down by a camera system and laptop. At the longest setting, the edge of the padding rides along my should and I feel the unpacked pad getting awkward after a while. The belt straps help a little, but not much. Conclusion: My opinion is that the pros far outweigh the cons. There is great flexibility and looks great as a professional bag. It's not a one-size-fits-all camera bag, but that's why we buy so many of them, right? ; )

Great bag

Very thoughtfully designed bag. I've been using it for commuting to work regularly, but it doubles as a camera bag when I go out to shoot or go on vacation. Lots of little hidden features that show the designers really thought of all the small details.

Excellent Day Bag

This is an excellent bag for those who are doing walk-arounds in the city. I wouldn't suggest carrying anything more than a single full frame, lens, and a couple of accessories. With that limitation, there's plenty of space for snacks, water, filters, or whatever else you need. If you're familiar with the kickstarter, then you won't be surprised to find that everything in this bag has been intentionally designed.

A great bag

I have heard a lot of good things about Everday Messenger 13"'s big brother, the 15" model, from my photo hobbist friends before I ordered the 13" model myself. My only concern before receiving the bag is size especially PeakDesign often refers to the 13" model as a bag for mirrorless. Luckily, the main compartment is much bigger than I imagined. I could easily fit Canon 70-200 f/4 IS, Sigma 85 f/1.4, Canon 5D Mk3 with Canon 16-35 f/2.8 attached and a tripod through the tripod carrier. It can also fit the 70-200 attached to the camera if you put it in "sideways". Size aside, the 13" model is pretty similar to the 15" model. The bag feels well made and durable. The strap is comfortable when I don't shove too much gear into it. Since I don't have a 13" laptop, I didn'tt try how the laptop compartment works. However, it holds my tablet nicely. Overall, I am very happy with the bag and it will likely become my main bag except for birding. A side note: Peak Design has an excellent video on YouTube showing how to uget the most use out of the bag from the designer including various divider configurations, how to go from left shoulder carry to right should carry, etc. It is very informative.
