Great Service, great products!
I purchased he Capture Clip system some time ago and absolutely love it. I misplaced one of the screws and was able to order a replacement pack and it arrived within a couple of days so I'm back in business! I spoke to Customer Service throughout the process and they were very helpful. I've have a few pieces of Peak Design gear in my kit and highly recommend them to any photographer looking for great quality, extremely functional gear.
Excellent Product and great service
After losing one bolt, customer service directed me to these as a replacement (and gave me a coupon to pay for them). They are the perfect fit for my capture clip and I have not had any issues with them coming loose. The only thing I would change is the option for a shorter pair of bolts with the allen wrench head. I use these on a thin strap and the bolt extends past the clip and is scratchy.
