What good an action camera that Isn’t ready to go?
It's adorable but it takes forever to charge. I tried a couple of hours via my computer (still red) and then searching for help online, found a suggestion to use wall socket instead, so I used that and it went on and on, and while that was happening I found something else online that said it can take up to four hours. True - it did. But you can't tell when it is ready until you try to use it -- even though the light finally turns green during charging doesn't mean the camera is charged enough to work. I used it for two minutes, put it away for a while and when I went back to it days later, it needed a charge again. Also, the button on top was largely unresponsive – it was only after I tried clicking at the very edge that I was able to get the expected lights to turn on and to record video. I don’t think I was doing something wrong – I’ve read all articles in the manual. Reached out to Polaroids port haven’t heard back yet. Am still so ready to be in love with this camera - I even feel a little guilty criticizing it here. Perhaps I got a defective one? Adorama can you help? Thank you.
