Sepia, never a true black and white. Ugly contrast and loss of details. Dont waste your money on this

First time using. I personally liked the colored better than the b&w. Followed instructions and only one turned out even when the lighting was good.

I have my parents old Spectra camera which looks to be in perfect condition, however when I tried to use it for the first time (in many long years) the photographs never developed. My guess is my camera might be on the fritz, but if anyone else is experiencing this as well, might be the film stock. I'm waiting on a backorder of another batch of film to see what the problem could be.

I love polaroids. Spectra is wide and bigger than any other stock insta films. It feels so eighties in its colors, hue and contrast. Flock of Seagulls kind of thing. It is expensive. Spectra cameras shot 12 exposures. Dont understand why Polaroid limit the cartridge to only 8.

For the time being, i'm not comfortable recommending this film. I have a spectra camera that I have used with quite a few packs of expired film, all of which functioned correctly in the camera. Granted because they were expired not all developed correctly. But from that I knew the camera at least worked. Upon using the Polaroid Originals film, I didn't have a single picture eject properly from the camera, none of them developed. I don't want to say that it was for sure the film because the camera is quite old, but it's not looking good. I'm waiting for my backordered color pack to come in and then i'll update this depending on how that turns out.

It is great that Adorama still carries traditional dark room chemicals and equipment. One of a handful in the country. Thanks Adorama

Ahh! I can not say much is the first time I use them. Not as the original Polaroid color that is for sure

This new Polaroid Originals Spectra film develops in a few minutes and has nice tones and contrast. You'll see an image in a minute but after a few more minutes the shadow detail comes in and more contrast appears. I really like this film.

Much as I want to applaud the resurrection of Polaroid's instant film, this product seems to be a work in progress. While improved over the last generations of the Impossible Project's product, the images from this film characteristically have blocked up shadows, blown-out highlights and little mid-range tonality in-between. The 10-15 minute processing time also beggars the idea of what "instant photography" means. I long for the lovely grey scale and sharpness of pack film Polaroid that produced a finished print in 15 seconds.

About The i-Type Series
Every instant camera needs a film to go with it, and our i-Type cameras have their own special i-Type film. Its optimized for the OneStep 2, battery-free (which makes it easier on your wallet) and ready to roll.
Black & White Film for i-Type
i-Type film is a new generation of instant film, optimized for i-Type cameras like the OneStep 2. That means you get the best photos possible with your OneStep 2, in a rich monochrome spectrum. And because i-Type cameras have their own rechargeable batteries, we don't have to put one in the film, meaning you save money on every single pack. Just remember, it won't work with 600 cameras, no matter how much you want it to.
Fresh Formula - Familiar Feel
It might look familiar, but this film is all new. It uses our most advanced chemistry to provide richer Colors, tones, and contrasts than any Polaroid film before it.
Not compatible with vintage Polaroid cameras.
