I like this lens kit, it holds my Canon lenses secure but I had to purchase a separate case for the lens to keep it from getting banged around when I'm shooting.

I use this all the time for work and it has made such a huge improvement to my workflow as I have to carry a lot of gear and am constantly changing lenses. I am about to upgrade to RF though so hopefully this is going to be supported!?

I have an experience where I dropped a lens on the floor. If I had this tool, I probably wouldn't have had that experience. If you have an expensive lens and need to exchange it while shooting, be sure to use this tool.

Does exactly what it says it does. But it is predominately plastic. It does not have the premium feel of everything else Peak Design makes. Peak Design even found a way to make mobile phone cases feel premium, but they lost their way on premium feel with this product.

I bought this to use attached to a strap but I returned it as I don't trust the release system (those red buttons) with my thousand-dollar lenses. Those little red buttons are far too easy to press and if pressed by accident, it's a positive feedback loop meaning even though the lens still needs to be twisted to come off, a few shakes and it will come off. I get that they optimized this for speed and one handed operation but I'd prefer a more deliberate spring-loaded slide button or something that gives me confidence. I really wanted this to work as this would have solved a massive headache. I am hoping for a next version that will solve this as I've seen other people make the same remark. I also checked out Lens Flipper by Gowing which this PD lens kit is under license with, but as far as I can tell, it's the same kind of too-quick release.

Been using this for about a month now, for shooting sports with short primes... It's exactly what I want and works with one handing operation quickly. I just want want more focal lengths now so almost want another.... I have yet to try it with anything bigger then a 85mm though

This is such a cool product! I love having a couple of lenses on deck (typically a wide angle and a 24mm or 50mm) but having to pull a replacement lens out of my pack and juggle lens caps while I switched them out made me really hesitant to do it frequently, so I would only switch when I felt like I was gonna shoot on the other one for a while -- meaning I often took suboptimal shots. Now with the lens kit, switching is an absolute BREEZE, takes just a couple of seconds, and I'm happy to switch out for a single shot, no problem.

Super useful product but where is the Fuji X Mount option?!

First time I used this my lens dropped out of it and shattered the uv filter. Thankfully the overall lens seems to be okay. Sadly won't ever be using this product again as I can no longer trust it.

When I discovered this item, it was a no brainer that I needed it in my kit. I've only had it for a few weeks and already had multiple compliments. One guy told me I'm a "videography cowboy" with my lens holster. It speeds up the lens-swapping maneuver and makes my job so much easier. Probably my favorite peak design item ever purchased so far.

The Lens Kit is very simple to use for changing lenses without having to put one down. Totally reliable.

I like the function and purpose but like some, just concern about the plastic parts. I frequently use this with a 24-70 lens, but will put it on a 200-600mm lens and that might worry me. So far so good...

I bought this as I switch between my 100/400 lens and my 17/35 lens. The only complaints that I have are when the lens is attached it is a bit loose and it seems to flop around. Secondly the only way to carry the LENS Kit is either with the Capture kit or the anchor links. I was looking for something that would be mountable directly to my mono pod or my rail system that I added. Over all great product, just needs a little more thought into it.

The Lens Kit is an amazing product. For context, I got the one for the Sony E-mount. The lens kit securely holds your lens(es to your PD capture clip. The quick release button has a good amount of resistance to allay any fears of accidentally releasing it. In the picture attached, I (jokingly) put the Sigma 85mm f/1.4 DG DN Art Lens for Sony and the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens for Sony on it, and it held them securely. In the actual field, I had each of these lenses on one at a time as I switched them back and forth. Overall, the process was seamless and easy. I never once feared them falling off.

I live in Korea, and there is no way to obtain this product anymore, so I was able to purchase it after coming all the way here. And after paying the expensive shipping cost and a long time of nearly a month, I finally got the product. As soon as I opened the product box, I couldn't help but be amazed. From the cheap plastic injection marks to the unreliable bonding, I couldn't believe this was a Pick Design product I knew. And at the same time, I can see why this product was no longer available. I believe it was because I was aware of the many shortcomings of this product. I would like to advise users who are thinking about purchasing this product to wait until the next version is released.

Works excellent, especially with the capture when changing lens. If you have your camera on a sling, there's no need to put your lens anywhere, just clip it on this lens kit.

This is an extremely innovative piece of photography accessory and as per me nothing like this exists out there. However I had an almost terrible experience with it when my 90mm macro popped out of the Lens kit (thankfully did not fall on the ground) with the red release button breaking loose without any impact. I need to add that the Peakdesign's after sales team was very supportive and sent a replacement in no time. I hope the new models have better security features since most camera lenses are very expenses and nobody may like them dropped especially after trusting a premium safety gear from Peakdesign.

If you?re wanting to have most of your gear to hand on location or a wedding ? this is the perfect compliment to a capture clip ..means I can carry 2 cameras & 2 additional lenses with ease & leave the camera bag off my shoulder ..you only appreciate how useful this is when you have one !

Very secure way to hold two lenses. I appreciate the ability to swivel the mount so that I can access both sides without having to awkwardly reach around to grab the bottom lens

This does the job, if you like using the Capture, but the lens rattles a bit in there and it does not feel rock solid. I prefer the TriLens by Frii Designs. Same idea, but you don't have to clip it into something that could easily be flipped and make your lens fall out. Also, the button to release the lens is not very user friendly to push. It take more to operate than I would like.

I bought this Lens Kit for a several month, the product itself is working properly. It makes my life with prime lens easier. Though, the pouch that come with it is too small, doesn't fit and can't put the Lens Kit in it. I've contact Customer Service and it took them almost 2 months to send me a new pouch which unfortunately also doesn't fit the Lens Kit. They've asked for understanding that these are the only pouches they have and it doesn't fit. I've asking for any pouches that I could buy to use as substituted pouch, again they're asking for understanding that they don't have any pouches sold separately. So, my issue is left unsolved, and I have to use the Lens Kit without the pouch which the Lens Kit Cap is always loose, so it is frustrated to find the cap lost deep inside the bag. It makes overall experiences of using the Lens Kit become burden instead of useful. I bought lots of Peak Design Product, most of them are very inspiring product. This one is just not. I really hope Peak Design team will solve this issue.

Been looking for a long time how to efficiently carry a second lens for my DSLR Nikon. This system along with using the belt/capture clip keeps my second lens always at the ready. Don't have to set down the removed lens as I mount the second lens. Just pop the removed lens on the open, grab the second lens and your ready to go quickly!

I bought this a few months ago, and it's been great!! I use it with a Capture Clip and a Pro Pad, which makes it especially comfortable and stable. Even with a 70-200 on it, I am confident my gear isn't going anywhere, and it is close by and easily accessible. This is the best solution I've found to use multiple lenses on a shoot with only one body (as opposed to carrying two camera bodies with different lenses on each. It's secure and quick. With a little practice, I'm able to swap lenses in just a few seconds. It's awesome.
