Nostalgic Fun

Let me preface this with: This is a great instant film experience and don’t compare it to a digital camera. I have really enjoyed this updated version of the One Step camera. It takes all the awesome experience of the original camera and updated with a rechargeable battery, better lens, more light indicators to tell you the status of you camera, and even new film. Sure, I won’t get the crispy picture of my full frame DSLR but that’s not why I bought this. There’s something about instant film that is so gratifying. I like that I can take a photo and have something tangible to hold. I noticed at parties and stuff, people get such a kick out of this camera. They should, it’s a cool little camera! I like that the camera has made me more disciplined on my picture taking. Large SD cards are so cheap these days that I can get trigger happy on pictures. The One Step 2 slows me down on more deliberate picture taking. With $2 a picture, it can get a little pricey but it’s well worth having the overall experience.
