p b : I purchased this batter grip and it does not seem to lock down all the way on the Canon t3i. Has this been an issue in the past? It allows me to turn until a certain point when I can no longer turn it, but it still needs to be flush.GERRY S : Yes, I have a Nikon D5100 and it is also loose. Although it is not perfect, I use a narrow piece of duct tape over the tightening wheel. It holds the wheel in place. Probably doesn't add a lot cosmetically but functionality is my greatest concern. As always, your mileage may differ.ROB C : Make sure it's flush when you mount it. Fits really well on my T3i, only had an issue with it recognizing the battery when i first put it on. That and the battery door was a little confusing to open.
