mainly out on foot walking the dog and have my Lumix on my slide providing me with a gunslinger access to catch the local wildlife. the standard issue strap from the companies aren't comfortable but the slide works well. it is a valued part of my camera equipment.
Great design & functionality.
I originally purchased the Peak Design Slide strap to carry a Nikon Df & an F801s. It was too substantial for my tastes as I shoot with smaller Nikkor AIS prime lenses (24, 35, 50, 55 micro) and not larger/heavier zooms (for which I would recommend the "Slide" strap).
