Finally! a cuff type wrist strap that is long enough to get my large hands in and out without issues. I really like the new low profile connector and the materials seem nice.

The additional security offered by the cuff makes me feel much more confident handling my Nikon Z5II. I slip the rope over my wrist as I pull the camera from its bag, knowing that I'm not going to have any catastrophic accident. Similarly, I can use the camera while wearing woolen gloves. The rope is smooth, flexible and unobtrusive. Highly recommend.

A great product - comfortable and easy to use while keeping the camera safe. It's not bulky and also looks good.

I am a huge fan of your wrist straps and the addition of the rope strap is long overdue. All that here is what I am really longing for and I'm hoping you guys can make it happen. I would love a smaller version of your wrist strap for point and shoot style cameras as the current strap is way to large for cameras like a Ricoh GrIV or an Olympus stylus. Huge fan please keep up the good work!! all the best.

The product itself is just ok. The let down is the terrible customer service experienced. I ordered two. Received one despite the order being lost, and listed as such on the delivery website. I had to wait the required amount of time. Contacted PD customer service and finally received a response after an extended period of time. The replacement was issued. Confirmation received only to then be told it was now out of stock. PD used to be a great company. I have purchased a lot of their bags and straps?etc. After this experience, I will have to look elsewhere moving forward.

Big improvement in usability over the original cuff. The only thing this does not do better is stay on your wrist when no camera is attached. That was an innovative feature of the original cuff. Still, my originally cuff has been relegated to the 'old camera parts' bin and will likely never be touched again. The rope version is more comfortable and adjusts faster and easier.

Excellent rope strap! You have three colors choice , but the black is the best color for me.

It's a bit too long for a wrist strap in my opinion. Very weird to use when you don't want to be holding the camera as it would be dangling dangerously low. The quality is good though.

I absolutely love this wrist strap for my Fujifilm X-T5 and X-T30ii. The updated anchor connector is a big improvement, its smaller size and thinner form factor make it less bulky and more comfortable. My favorite feature, though, is the aluminum stopper. Other wrist straps I've used tend to tighten too much on my wrist, but this design lets me keep it slightly loose while still feeling secure. It's a perfect balance of comfort and reliability.

I have always used the Peak Design wrist straps or straps compatible with the Peak Design system. I appreciate the security of having my camera tethered to my wrist. I find the new rope design to be more comfortable than my other wrist straps. For me, I use the strap when I'm shooting with my camera, when I'm not shooting, I take the strap off and store the camera in a shoulder bag. I imagine this strap may not suit everyone's style but for me it works great!

I've been using the original PD cuff straps on my cameras for years, but I recently lost the one that usually lives on X100vi. Since it's a smaller, lighter camera, I thought I'd give the rope cuff a try as a slightly "lower profile" cuff solution. Overall, I'm pleased with it. I like the olive drab color, the rope is soft and supple, but seems durable. The stopper works great to keep the loop fixed at a desired size opening, to make it easier to get your hand in/out. The only gripe, as another reviewer said, is the new redesigned anchor connector, while smaller/slimmer is more difficult to use.

It's a great strap. I use it along side the clutch on my mirrorless camera. Works great when out on the street

I like the texture, it's a little longer than the cuff, the colour looks great and the new anchor feel even better

I just received this as well as the strap version. The strap version is good but the rope version is almost unusable. The problem is the different connector on the end of the rope. It is very difficult to remove an anchor from that connector. The version on all of my other Peak Design straps and in the kit for adapting other straps to use the quick connect is far superior.

The form cuff is the perfect length and made with the best materials. I have loved it so far.

I bought the Peak Design Cuff Rope for my Sony a6400, and I'm extremely happy with it. The strap feels very comfortable around my wrist and the materials are clearly premium - soft, strong, and well made. The security is excellent, thanks to the adjustable nylon loop and sturdy anchor connectors. It's a minimalist design, so it doesn't get in the way when shooting, and the aluminum stopper helps fine-tune the fit. Whether I'm doing portraits or outdoor photos, this strap gives peace of mind while looking stylish. Great for photographers who value comfort and reliability!

Got this a few weeks ago to replace the original cuff ( the one with the magnet in ), this fits around my wrist so much more comfortably, it's also easier to get your hand in and out of and is a lot more pliable, yes you can't keep it around your wrist when the camera is off like the original ( well you could but it would dangle and get in the way ) but I feel this is a much improved version simply because of the comfort factor, you also don't notice it as much whilst using it, top marks !

Developed alongside Form Rope, Cuff Rope is a minimalist and utilitarian camera wrist strap that gives you peace of mind in a comfy and durable package. Most 3rd party rope straps are made from abrasive climbing rope sewn to chunky off-the-shelf split rings.
Instead, we custom-designed our own materials and hardware to create a cleaner form with a brilliant connection experience. The internally-developed basket-woven nylon/poly rope strikes the optimal balance of strength, padding, and stretch for comfortable camera carry.
At the end, the rope seamlessly terminates into a color-matched low-profile version of our glass-reinforced nylon Anchor Link quick-connectors, offering secure and effortless camera attachment. A nylon slip-adjuster cinches down in the case of an accidental drop, and a sleek anodized aluminum stopper lets you adjust the wrist loop size for optimal comfort and support.
