Excellent bag. The materials feel premium, and I find it very comfortable to use.

What can I say absolutely amazing bag perfect for your everyday needs, enough space for literally anything you would use on a day to day basis. Love all the small little details they put into the bag that you wouldn't even think you needed until they are there.

Was looking for a backpack to carry my laptop for work and all my camera accessories. I couldn't be happier. I really appreciate the ability to access my camera discreetly for public events.

My years-long search for the *almost* perfect, go-anywhere, do-anything travel bag seems to have ended with the X-Pac version of this backpack. After many days in the office, a cross-continent trip, and multiple hikes through rain and sun, this bag has proven itself worthy. It's durable enough to keep your gear well protected in most scenarios, stylish enough to wear around town, and comfortable enough for long travel days featuring all modes of transport. Don't be like me -just buy the bag-you won't regret it.

I've been looking at these for awhile and finally bought one. It's rad. I can carry three cameras in it plus all the other stuff I need. The dividers are rock solid and I can't imagine them every coming loose while in use. The design is super thoughtful, clearly made by people who actually use them for their intended purpose. The two-way zippers on the side access panels are genius. They make it easy to grab gear on the move.

I got this to replace my mission work shop which i loved BUT wanted to be able to carry my camera among my work stuff. This bag allows be to do both now. Its depth and configurability allows for this. The bag sits nicely on my back so it's very comfortable to carry when loaded up. I kinda wish the laptop/document sleeve was not as snug as it. I love that its very water resistant but not too tactical looking I also love that it can sit up and not fall over

The Peak Design bags are the best I have found for my needs. I often make long trips with only carryon luggage so I have to fit all my camera gear, laptop and a few other essentials in the backpack. The bag has enough protection I feel comfortable carrying expensive gear / electronics. I have had the 20L for years and I could make it work but it was a tight fit which made it less useful so I just bought the 30L. While I agree with some of the comments about the internal side pockets being more useful in V1 I find that a minor issue and can certainly work with the V2 pockets as they are. Being a heavier pack, given the solid construction and good protection, I would not typically use it for long hard hikes but it is an exceptional camera bag for travel, shorter outings and limited carry (eg bouncing around in a safari vehicle or going to a shoot location where you'll be hanging out for a while).

This is my second Peak Design backpack. There are quite a few details I like: -laptop slot. I also put an ultra slim 15" monitor back there. It is great for holding and separating both. -side open panels. Makes it easy to access my computer accessories. -sleek look, while also having tons of pockets -shape holding. It doesn't collapse like a typical backpack, making it easier to get things in and out.

I haven't bought a lot of expensive backpacks but I was excited to get this. I bought it without seeing it in person but decided to order it after watching a lot of YouTube videos on it. I wanted something I could put my camera and electronics in when traveling. I can put my sling in the bag if I really wanted to although it's a tight fit it works for compact traveling. I was amazed by the quality, feel and the compartment size of the backpack. My favorite feature so far is the magnetic straps. I would highly recommend this backpack to anyone regardless if you are a photographer or not!

've yet to use it, it's still in mint condition! Checking through the bag, in comparison to the gen 1 Everyday backpack, a. I already like the fact that the straps has the magnets to keep them in a defined position. b. I also noticed the lower back support of the bag is now using a different material (compared to gen 1, which degrades after some years of usage).

Another great PD product. I have multiple bags and love them all. Durable materials, high quality, nice design. I like the access from the top or sides and the FlexFold dividers to configure the inside as needed. The magnets that hold the carry straps in place could be a little stronger, but not a deal breaker. I have only had it one month and will be using it on a trip to Iceland as my day bag with full size DSLR, raincoat and other clothes. My other bags have done well and have traveled in the states and overseas. Thanks PD!

Hello, this is my third backpack ((30L) and use this one for my diving gear. First of all it is made of renewal material of fishnets and the color is realy beautyfull. The acces from the top and side makes it perfect to grab the octopus from the bottum of the backpack without unloading. Strong as ever but not cheap

I got the 20L in XPac on sale and it's a great overall design with a highly organized layout. Absolutely Love this bag except when I wear it. The straps are terrible and there isn't enough cushion to support the load. If they fixed the straps, it would be perfect. Unfortunately, the straps lack of comfort is a major flaw that is widely mentioned in the reviews here and in several backpack forums online.

I purchased this backpack for a trip and it was fairly good but not great. First of all, it is not comfortable at all. If you plan to do a whole day of walking with camera gear, it's really going to hurt your back and shoulders. It keeps the weight all up on top of your shoulders and shoulder blades, and is extremely uncomfortable. Also, inserting the dividers is very tough and not very practical how they are folded. I wish there were an option to have a divider that's split in the center vs in thirds. If you have two smaller lenses, you have a big void in the inside that just wastes space. Also, the way the dividers are set up, there's no really easy way to even put the camera body inside. The pockets and other things are good, but I often found myself struggling to recall where I tucked items and ended up having to search all the time, and it was very annoying and not what I wanted to do when I was trying to find something. The way the chest strap attaches is veery difficult to take the pack off, and you can't quickly detach and take off the pack. Overall, I think the back is good but needs to go back to the drawing board. It's not set up for practical use and is just too uncomfortable for long term daily use on a vacation.

Bought this bag a couple weeks ago. The bag is high quality, each feature is designed carefully with usage and comfort focused. If I wished for a thing in this bag, a section for my camera (big) accessories like chargers, lens hoods, ... highly recommend!

I recently bought a 30L Everyday Backpack. The product quality is good and it really has a great design, but the weight has been making it very difficult to use daily. Maybe I made a mistake getting the 30L instead of the 20L, but I just wanted to say that 2 kilos for the empty bag makes it really heavy. Just as some feedback, I think paying attention to the weight in future versions would make a big difference for a product like this.

I was extremely disappointed when I received this backpack. The product arrived with visible marks and signs of wear on the exterior fabric, making it look used rather than brand new. This is completely unacceptable for a premium product at this price point. On top of that, the material quality did not feel as premium or durable as expected from the photos and marketing. The fabric already showed marks straight out of the box, which immediately raised concerns about long-term durability and quality control. What made the experience even worse is the return process. As an international customer, I had to pay more than 28? in return shipping costs for a product that should never have been shipped in this condition in the first place. Asking customers to cover expensive international return fees for defective or visibly used items is simply not acceptable. I had very high expectations for Peak Design based on the brand's reputation, but this experience has been extremely disappointing from both a product quality and customer service perspective. I contacted the customer support about this and I am waiting for an answer.

Easily the most convenient and well-thought-out bag I've ever owned, both for everyday use and for carrying camera gear. On top of the excellent quality, the customer support is truly exceptional - the best experiences I've had with any brand. Thank you, Peak Design!

Honestly this is an incredible bag, for anyone from a photographer to normal day commuter to a traveler Got gifted this bag, used it everyday for 4+ years, traveled around the globe with it. The build and construction is incredibly durable. The straps and pockets barely stretched, the hardware stayed in tact. Eventually The water proof zipper gave out, and peak replaced the bag in store on the spot. I will definitely be buying more Peak Products, and a diff size bag. The Product is amazing, I highly reccomend.

My dad has had one for years and I finally replaced mine with this! Zippers are super sturdy (issue I've run into with other ones), a million pockets that are a good functional size. The latch kind of closure is nice for quickly going in and out of your top compartment and the laptop sleeve being separate from the main bag space is also nice. No digging through your stuff to get your laptop out! The mix of open, magnetic closure, and zip pockets is nice and the bag dividers are super handy to keep things from crushing each other.

Bought it 4 years ago and never looked back. Still serves me flawlessly today with no issues. Only improvement was that I wish the little plastic clips they include for the attachment points were made of metal. Had one snap once (when my motorcycle fell on it, so fair enough) but still, metal gives that more premium feel and is more robust. Proud owner of 5 peak design bags today. Otherwise perfect.

So it's way more comfortable than the mk1 and yes it think the little pockets in v1 are a far better idea but this feels lighter when full of camera gear even though I upsized from 20L mk1 to 30L mk 2. I also like the tidiness of the mag straps. However my niggle is the capture digs into my shoulder when fitted to shoulder strap. so that's annoying and I don't feel the tripod fits in well either so the fail for me as is paying extra for a hip belt which isn.t available in sustainable coyote either.
