Peak Design 6L Everyday Sling, Midnight

I had a 3L that I loved but my gear was outgrowing the bag. Picked up the 6L and it's my favorite camera bag right now. Perfect size for my A7RV and a 35mm f/1.4 GM, which is my usual combo, another lens, and still enough space for my EDC (wallet, keys, power bank, charging cable, extra battery, etc.). The Midnight colorway is also fantastic. It's dark and sleek, and the leather accents give it that classic Peak Design feel that makes it look less like a camera bag. High recommendation from me for the entire Everyday Sling line, having had both the 3L and 6L. Favorite bags to bring around with me on a normal day out.

I never take my camera gear without this sling bag. I get fast access, good portability and I can quickly stow everything on my back and out of the way when I don`t need it. Also the ability to change the divider setup helps when bringing different gear for different jobs.

I use this in all my travels carrying around the Leica Q2. If fits perfectly in the back and still have room for a bunch of accessories like sunglasses case, extra battery, straps. I also love that you can use the capture to put the camera on the side and store more. Strap is nice and thick so it's comfortable to wear all day.

I bought this as an option to carry minimal gear during travel. I can get a Sony mirrorless with 35 mm 1.4 and 85 mm macro to fit in this bag. It's tight but it fits. The bag is pretty stiff so I can't fit much else in it, but it should improve with use. The added straps at the bottom of the bag will be good to carry a travel tripod or a light jacket. It is a nice looking bag and high-quality.

I purchased this bag to carry my Nikon Z7ii with my 24-120 f4 lens when touring in Europe. I like to keep my lens hood on so the camera and lens only fits horizontally in the bag. I had to take out both the inserts. I carried my wallet in the front zipper pocket. It is snug, but everything fit and I easily was able to remove my camera when walking around to take shots. When travelling on the plane, I had the two inserts in and was able to carry the camera body, lens 24-120 no hood and a 50mm 1.8 prime. Also in the bag on the plane was an extra battery pack and SD memory cards. I would be great if the bag was just a bit deeper so I can carry my camera with 24-120mm lens vertically with the hood on. It will fit without the hood. It does not look like a camera bag which is great and it fit under the plane seat - no problem.

Well made and ergonomic. Fits a canon R6m2 with RF 24-70mm f2.8 L but may not fit a second lens unless it's small.

I bought this bag to replace a day bag I use while travelling, 6L is the perfect size to fit exactly the things I need during a day trip someplace. The only issue is that the padded part of the strap seems to be designed so that it only on the shoulder while the bag is in front of you, not to your side or back. However, this doesn't detract from its utility. I will mention that I had a small issue with my bag, one of the loops for carrying objects underneath the bag somehow snapped, but Peak Design was super helpful and replaced the bag - no questions asked. It was the easiest experience I've ever had with any customer service.

Recently acquired this 6L sling, having previously owned the V1 5L version. This is a nice upgrade, with more usable space. I fit a Canon M50, kit lens, 2 extra lenses + Insta 360 + selfie stick + DJI Pocket 3 and other accessories, such as DJI mic. Adjustable strap makes it very versatile. Would recommend! Thanks, Chris

It's 1st gen. Sling bag, which is 5L and I find it fit just to my needs. One body, two lens (not big ones) and with peak desgin strap. Made with quality, every detail makes it stand out from the other old-looking camera bags. I feel good using it as an everyday travel bag too.

As a light weight camera bag this is a great product. I shoot with a mirror less camera with a 24mm prime and it fits wonderfuly. There is even enough space to fit another lens. If your looking for a light and minimal camera bag this is a great choice.

Comfortable and compact but easily fits my A7III with sigma 35mm art lens and there's enough room for one more lens. Love the color too. It's more green than the online picture but I really like it. Very happy with my purchase.

This is an excellent bag for carrying a camera and a couple of lenses, especially mirrorless and smaller cameras. Sturdy and padded enough to feel safe for your gear, but also still small and sleek. Everything Peak Design makes has great build quality, functionality, and aesthetics, and this bag is no exception to that. Definitely recommend.

This bag works wonderful as day bag for work with my lunch, fruit and one compact camera and Sony a6500 with small lens attached. Recently, I took this bag with me to a trip as my carry around bag. I was able to fit in a waterproof compact camera, my Sony a6500 with 4 lens (Sony 18-105mm, Sony 35mm, Sony 20mm, and lowa 9mm), batteries, flashlight, first aid kit, 2 water bottles, and some pen and small things, my kid's toy car, and a small tripod that I attach to the side of the bag. Overall I have to say it does the job well and it is not too big to carry around going from place to places. And the weather seal works well on the beach and in the rain (no sand and water gets in). The down side is that I have to wear it on one shoulder all the time. Maybe there is a way to switch the sides, but I just haven't have the time to figure it out.

The Peak Design 10L worked well as a sling design bag for my mirrorless Fuji XT-3 with 18-135 & XT-20 with a 10-24. It is more comfy with just 1 camera with lens and a spare lens. I was able to tie a pair of flip-flops in a bag using the straps intended for tripods. We tested this bag on a bike trip across the SF Bay Bridge to Treasure Island. The bag slipped slightly when riding, and needed to be tightened down on main strap. I think a cross strap would be of benefit to those photogs who use bicycles. It was easy to sling to the front to extract camera for Kodak Moments on the Bridge. I think this bag will work fine...may have to create my own cross strap.

I got this small sling bag for my micro 4/3 and an extra lens when out with minimal gear, I.e. biking on a trail or street photography. It is reconfigurable, so I can instead stuff two film SLRs and 4 rolls of film. Weatherproof, and has places to stow small stuff. Can use as a sling or a fanny pack. Super well-designed. This is a 5 liter. They sell a 10 liter too. I would have really preferred a 6 or 7 liter, but this forces me to not bring too much gear I don’t need.

I have two lenses I use for concerts, sigma 14-24mm and 24-70 mm, they are big so I needed a camera specific for those lenses plus my canon body. This bag is perfect, it doesnt feel heavy with all that equipment, yes, in the future I would love a thicker strap but its perfect as it is now.

I have many camera bags in my storage room and finally now I found a great bag for photography or everyday use. It is pretty large and it can fit two mirrorless cameras with lenses and one additional lens, including batteries and small things (phone, wallet, car keys, bus pass, …).Easy to manage in an outdoor shooting time and comfortable to wear if not loaded too much.I got the black color and it is perfect for street photo work.

Overall I really like this bag. It's small, but can fit my D850 + 70-200 + the MB-D18 grip (detached) and still have room for a small prime. My only complaint (as others have mentioned) is the strap, which could really use to be a little wider and have a little more padding (to make it more comfortable to carry with heavier setups).

I found this baby more than just a sling bag on my back when I walk or cycle. Turning it around, I use it on my side or front much like a toll box to change lenses and rest my elbow on when taking sessions of photos. The bag is small enough to carry around but big enough to acommodate my two dslr bodies, thee prime lenses and a zoom plus a flash if I want to. All of these on top of extra batteries, a pocketful of SD cards and lense filtters. I now use it more than the PD messenger bag due to its smaller size.

Love this bag for day trips carrying 3 lenses including a 70-200 and a flash for my sony mirrorless. Slot in back wont fit a 13"macbook pro as was originally claimed (which is fine by me) but an ipad or sketchbook fits great. Some say the strap is too narrow/thin but for me living and shooting in SE Asia its better as its less sweaty with smaller skin coverage. Bag also works great in high density areas where being able to slip through crowds is important. Also, a main reason I purchased this is because it zips fully closed so if your bag tips over things dont fall out and get lost. Water resistence is great too. Been in humid downpours and contents are kept dry, bag also seems insulated enough for temp swings that result in condensation. Combine with peak capture pro and capture lens and you have extra lens capacity or flexibility changing lenses. Nice bag!
