I bought this bag as I did not want to carry around heavy camera bags and equipment. I have tried to use it on a holiday trip recently and unfortunately it did not work for me. I wanted a bag that I could carry my camera, a Cannon EOS 500D model, in together with a spare battery and additional lens. They fitted in OK, but there was not a lot of spare room to be able to get the camera out. The front pocket for me was also a waste as I hoped to be able to put my mobile, a Samsung A35, in it, unfortunately, even if I took it out of its case, it would not fit in easily. Having used it twice, I gave up and used a back pack which was not ideal.

This bag as been my daily driver for a few months now, and it's just perfect. Like every peak bag, it has so many little nuances that seem both perfect and make you go "how did no one else think to put this on a bag?!" It's clean enough design that it suits me well in the office, but ergonomic enough and sporty enough it doesn't look strange when I go out after work.

Good quality as always. That's where the positives end. It's the same size as the 3L version, just a bit taller - which, in my opinion, makes no sense if you need quick and easy access to your gear, because you won't get it. A camera with a 24-70 lens takes up all the space. You can only throw something on top if you want. Honestly, a complete disappointment.

This is marketed as something that can be worn around the waist. It's not. The 6L strap is way too large for my women's Size 12 hips. I'm not a skinny person, but it's a joke to say that you can wear this around your waist. The bag itself is fine. Nothing special. I'm so horribly disappointed.

A stylish camera bag. I love the casual look. The brown trim matched well with the main ash color. I bought this because my older camera is too bulky. The shoulder belt is very comfortable for long use. The interior just fitted my Lumix S9 with two extra lenses. There are extra space for my credit cards, car keys etc. I found that the material is very tough for me to get to the interior side sleeves. It provided good protection for camera.The material is water proof and did not attract dirt.

I just came back from my first trip with this bag. Love the color (Kelp) and material. The strap slides easily on my clothes, making it easy to maneuver from carrying on hip/back to front in order to access camera. I keep my Nikon Z5II inside, with a short zoom (24-105 or 14-30). There's not a lot of room in the small bag for other stuff (though spare battery, spare cards and usb cable fit fine), and I've taken out the divider. However, the camera is well protected and easy to access. Size up if you need to carry multiple lenses.

I used the 6L bag as my primary daily carry for a three-week trip through Dubai and India. It's a great size for everyday use, comfortably housing my APS-C camera (with an 18-105mm equivalent lens), spare batteries, chargers, and travel essentials. I even used one of the FlexFold dividers to create a "false bottom" for discreetly storing extra cash. However, the bag has some notable spatial limitations. With a camera and lens attached, it's impossible to fit both a battery charger and a water bottle inside. The interior side pockets lack magnets and don't stay closed, rendering them somewhat impractical, while the front external pocket is too tight to hold much more than a passport. If this bag included a rear zippered pocket for documents or a cell phone charger and cables, and an external side sleeve for a water bottle, it would be the perfect companion for city exploration or as a flight-ready personal item.

Excellent bag for my x100vi + wclx100 and daily carry essentials. It would be 5 stars if there was a pocket for phone/passport on the back of the bag. Totally would think that's something peak would have thought of.

The workmanship of the bag is very good and i got all the gear in. Quick access to the gear is not so easy. If you open the bag with the very good zip it remains not realy open. Thats good for security but not for speed. It would be great to have a separate folder with a zip at rear of the bag to store a wallet and a phone at very secure place. I ordered two additional dividers. These dividers are great. I work with the Leica M-System or with the analog Olympus OM-System. This are small cameras and small lenses. With 4 dividers an store the equipment very well. The attachment of the tripod to the bag with the strings is a good solution. You will never find a perfect bag but i would order this bag again.

The Everyday Sling 3l is for the most part well designed. I bought it because I liked the idea of using it as a waist bag. Unfortunately, this feature does not work at all. The 2nd loop where the buckle is supposed to go into for waist carriage is poorly manufactured. It is so tight that I was afraid of ripping it apart when inserting the buckle into it. After about 10 minutes I managed to fit it into the loop without ripping it, and it took me another 5 minutes of getting it out. I ordered 3 bags and had to return them all. Then I checked in several stores. All of the bags have the same flaw.

I have used this bag for a month continuously, it has travelled with me for 4000+ kms so far, Positives: - Quality of the bag, construction of bag is excellent, no issues with stitching or fraying even under heavy load, my kit is around 3.5-3.8kgs - 8.3 pounds overall. It feel down 3 times and my camera gear was safe - Looks i like the modern aesthetic of the bag it looks good with casual urban outfits. - Quick adjust strap - After sales support, peak design was really helpful for that i bought more products because of that. Neutral points: - Comfort is ok, could be better, initially its not amazing foam is stiff but even for long duration it wasn't an issue for me. - No quick access back pocket, it would be nice to have some room on the back side but i use inside tablet compartment for that. Its ok but could be better Negative: - My first black unit was having issues with strap and my camera fell down 3 times on different occasions, its strap was getting loose very easily so be careful with your unit if its not getting loose and feeling down on the floor, I didn't had this issue on my send unit thats the only reason i am not giving this product full 5 star.

Warranty and Customer Service Peak Design's warranty deserves special mention. I originally bought a used V1 slieBay d on eBay just to test whether a larger sling would work for my everyday carry. Over time, the zipper lining started to peel. I emailed Peak Design asking if that issue was covered under warranty. Within thirty minutes, they responded and sent me a brand new V2 as a replacement. That level of customer service is outstanding and genuinely made me a customer for life. Final thoughts Peak Design feels different from many other bag companies because it was not created as a fashion brandproblem-solvingd as a problem solving brand. Purchased the 10L sling to use for 3 days in New York City and it met or exceeded my expectations for the most part. Loaded up internally was Canon R5 Mark II with my 24-70mm lens attached, RF 20mm VCM lens, Joby miniature tripod, and iPad mini in mobile sleeve. Loved the shelf divider as I was able to place chargers and other items under the shelf and put the 20mm lens on top. Attached to the bottom of the bag was my Peak Design travel tripod. A little re-arranging and I could have easily fit my 70-200mm lens if needed. My only complaint is that the included straps were too short when I tried to secure my mini tripod or bulky down jacket across the side of the bag. I feel the included straps are mainly meant for use at bottom of the bag. Luckily I tested this out when I first received the sling and ordered the larger straps, which worked great. The bag was comfortable to carry as I walked down the streets of New York for hours and waited in lines for skyline pictures. Really impressed by

Super well built. I did a ton of research for something a little smaller than my roughly 10 year old , 10 liter Peak Design camera/sling bag. That bag has gone all around the world, taken a beating and still almost looks new. Coyote Xpak on this 3Liter looks amazing and will fit my X100vi or Leica Q3 43 just fine, with additional room for a few other items like a phone or batteries. 3 Liters will also fit a Sony a7iv and 24-70mm zoom attached no issue.

The outer material is a joke. It's completely impossible to clean if it gets dirty. And if you use water, it becomes unpleasant, as if it's stretched. I've never seen such poor material in such expensive equipment. Don't even try to expose this bag to light rain... I'm very dissatisfied three days after purchasing it.

It's a very handy bag for carrying around my APSC camera and an extra lens or two. I found the 6L to be perfect for my needs. The velcro dividers have a handy folding designing that, in my situation, allows me to carry two lenses in the same area. What surprised me the most was the nice swivel design of the straps, which seems really strong and robust. My only complaint, if I was really searching for one, would be it needs a little hidden pouch for an AirTag.

I bought this about a month ago and it's a great bag. It's well-constructed, balanced, and just feels sturdy. I really like how it keeps its shape even when empty, makes searching the bag very easy. My only gripe is that the bag is so rigid that the front pocket is really hard to open.

I already own a 5L sling and a 6L sling and use them as cameras bags. The need for the 10L emerged because I could not fit in them a Nikon Z7II with a Nikon Z 70-200 F2.8 mounted on it. The bag is of the same excellent quality as the smaller models. The camera + lens fit perfectly in a horizontal position with the grip upwards, easy to grab with the right hand very quickly (picture 1). What I miss, is a stepped cushion as seen in picture 2 with a Nikon DSLR with a shorter 24-70 F2.8. The cushion provides better support along the camera + lens combination, better protects in case of fall and presents the grip in a more convenient height and angle. I would very much appreciate the availability of such ready-made cushions.

I needed a smart camera bag for city visits that would fit my compact mirrorless camera and extra lens. This certainly first the bill. It is well made has just enough room to add a couple of essentials and sits nicely on the body, rather than sticking out like a shoebox . I have thought that I should have bought the 10l rather than 6; am sure it would still be compact but I would just fill it with junk. I like the security feature for the zips as well as the robustness of the origami dividers. The inner stretchy pocket is tiny though- I couldn't get my car keys in here and the front zip pocket is a bit stiff ( it is brand new) so you can't just shove your phone in here. Overall though very pleased

The quality of the products have dropped, but not with the overall look and feel - but rather the way it's used. Let's start with the strap. My old bags, the V1s from the Kickstarter days, had a snappiness and a responsiveness to the strap function. If I had a heavy and full backpack or messenger, or a lightly filled field pouch, I could undo the metal strap holder and seamlessly glide the bag into any position. Now I need to fumble and use multiple hands to extend or retract the strap, making it far less seamless than before. The front pocket feels way too tight and while it functions, its options are limited. The interior accessories pocket is too small to be of any use for much other than very small objects and anything that can't go in there has to go into the main body.

Bought and returned this. It's definitely made with quality regarding design and materials, however the actual dimensions are extremely large, especially for a 3L. If you want a protective bag and size doesn't matter, this might be a good fit for you. This is not suited for an EDC. PS. Ended up losing $15 in the process, $5 to ship to me and $10 to ship back.

Overall, like the bag. It's well made, and the materials are top notch, but there's room for improvement. I like using it for a super minimalist setup. The 3L can fit a Canon R5 w/ 24-105 F4L without squeezing. There's enough room left to fit some small accessories -- battery, maybe a slide lite strap, but definitely not another lens. It actually fits with the hood on as well, but that eats up all of the extra space. With a capture clip, I can bring a larger lens in the bag, and hang my camera off the bag when I'm not shooting, which extends the utility quite a bit. What could be better: - The front pocket is one of these super flat types that's hard to get your hand inside of. I won't store anything I need to access frequently in there. - The strap could be a bit wider and/or slightly more padded. I understand that my camera setup is probably heavier than most will use this for, but a half inch of strap width would be a huge upgrade for comfort. - Would be great if the strap was fully removable - The capture clip mounting locations are great and very useful. But, when in place, it gets in the way of the zipper opening fully. It's still possible, but you have to fold the bag a bit to do it.

This pack has been my tried and true pack, PD thought through every detail so carefully and it is the perfect camera bag for travelling. Not only is it a great size to bring around, it has a pocket for every little thing I need. I love all of my PD gear and this bag has been a constant on all of my trips.
