I am becoming a fan of Peak Design. They make well designed products; it works with different product units. It is a well developed ecosystem for your mobile devices. From my commuting on my bicycle to car it is just seamless.

Purchase one month ago. The best designed car mount on the market. I had other car mounts that either blocked my vents or would periodically fall off. Not the case with the Peak Design mount. The mount holds securely to the vent and the adjustments allow for placement that does not block my vents. The charging mount allows the phone to be quickly removed from the mount without the need to connect or disconnect the charging cord. I highly recommend. The video explaining the features is well done.

Got tired of having my phone jostling around in a cup holder and have had good luck with most of my Peak Design products. Loved my old phone mount design they made in my Odyssey and decided to see if there was something promising for my Outback. The mount arrived quickly. First attempt to install it failed. It was challenging to tighten the different knobs to lock things in place while ensuring the mount was properly attached. Used a headlamp during my second attempt to make sure the hook made it to the backside of the vent before snugging up the knob. Since then, it has been solid and worked as an excellent addition to the car. It is nice to get my cup holder back and to have one less thing shifting around while driving. Thanks for another well made product!

I decided to buy the PD car vent charger about a month ago. I was hesitant as to the price however it's great and I just wish I'd bought it immediately when it was available. It charges really fast due to the QI2 capability, it's solid as in the car vent and no problem at mounting it into my Peugeot 508 RXH. Whats very cool is that because of the moveable arm you can place it exacrly where you need it to be, to avoid the inbuilt car screen and still be in perfect view. Fully recommend it, I'm biased as I'm a PD fan, have an everyday bag, a mountain bike mount, phone case and twch pouch, all are fantastic. Packing cubes next?

I like it more than I thought I would at first. This is my first Peak Design product, and I'm happier with it than I expected. 1. It feels high-quality, and the phone stays in place very well. 2. Thanks to the dual mount, it stays very secure, even though it was a bit tricky to install in my BMW X1 F48. 3. I love the hinge; I was able to adjust it so that nothing blocks my view of the display anymore, and I can reach all the buttons again. 4. Charging works well. Of course, it's not as fast as using a cable, but it's easily enough to keep my Pixel 9 Pro from losing battery even while playing music and using navigation. 5. Even when there's no phone in it, it doesn't look terrible, and nothing rattles.

I ran into a couple of challenges installing this on a 2018 Acura MDX with a smallish diagonally-oriented vent: * The hook barely cleared the back of the vent blade and required several attempts to catch correctly * The clip could not be positioned close enough to the hook arm to align to the vent blade I wanted. Instead, I had to extend it to reach the next blade which limited where I could position the mount. Still, this is the most stable vent mount I've tried and, with the charging capability, has me looking forward to my next road trip!

It loosens after a few trips and I have to remove it to tighten it. Otherwise, it works well. I'm not sure it's worth the money.

Just an awesome piece of design top to bottom. Super easy and intuitive to install, super stable once it's installed, and the magnet is SUPER strong. I've never had a phone come, even with decent G's. have bought several for friends cause I think they're so cool. A+ do recommend.

I wanted to like it but it does not work in all vents. It works nicely on my car, but have difficulty using it on some of the autos I rent for work trips. The charging is excellent.

I searched for the best car mounting option out there and I think I found it. I've been using this product for over three years now and it's never let me down. It holds TIGHT in the vent and does not wobble or droop or anything. I can't recommend this enough. I also broke a part when transfering it to a rental vehicle, and they replaced the part and were wiling to replace the whole thing for free.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The mount is slick and works as designed. There is enough play in it (for me) to adjust the location adjacent to the vent. The only issue I have is that the clips (3) which are included to path the charge cord down to the port in the car are not wide enough for the cord which was also included. So the cord pops out of the clip very easily. That makes no sense.

Hands down the best vent mount I've used. It's thoughtfully designed, very sturdy, and attaches to the vent easily while staying firmly in place. The adjustable components make it simple to position your phone exactly how you want. The magnetic hold is impressively strong-my phone never slips or falls. Highly recommend!

I'm very happy with how the mount connects to the vent and holds my phone. I am not happy that I purchased the charging version and it doesn't charge my phone even though I have a Peak Design phone case. It seems to require a cigarette lighter power source and I have USB sockets, but no lighter socket in my vehicle. I re-read everything before purchasing but I did not expect that the cable it comes with would not work without another accessory. I have to plug the charging cable directly in my phone to charge and I paid extra for this mount for no reason.

Bought this for my wife's car and the mount itself is fine the actual charger in a word, sucks. It is so slow. I left my house at noon, drove a little over 1 hour with Apple Maps running. My battery went up from 54% to 56%. I have a QI2 charger from another company in my truck that would easily top it off to 80% in less than an hour. Disappointed to say the least.

I found that this wireless charger worked well with my pixel 10 XL pro along with the peak design case. I've never used a wireless charger before but it definitely charges my phone and keeps my phone secure.

I have been using this for 1 week now. Unfortunately, it is easily "over stretched" regarding the vent adherence mechanism. This makes it loose and "wobbly". Otherwise I do feel that it is well built.

Though QI2 charging Done well, the magnetic grip is weak. I am using 3 iPhones 12, 14 & 16. All pro with PD cases. While using my old Qi1 charges all 3 iPhones are solid rock stable, unfortunately the iphone 12pro is very loose on the Qi2 charger, the iPhone 14pro is loose and iphone 16 pro is stable. It seems that new Qi2 charger magnetic grip is weaker than the Qi1 version grip. I was also disappointed with PD support. To my report on this issue, i was automatically offered a refund and got no answer to the issue.

This is the second time I bought the same product and though very happy with it the first time unfortunately the "hook" coming out of this product to bold it your ventilation is pretty short. Too short and when I turned it out too far (you can't see that it's too far out when the hook is inside you ventilator) it wouldn't go back in. I had to Arjensbreak the stopper that didn't stop it from coming out too far but did stop it from going back in again. Now it is all bolted to my car and working very nicely. But for a 100 dollar plus object this should have been designed better.

I'm giving this two stars for the idea, design, and overall quality. The real issue is the cost-it's far too high for something that's difficult to install and struggles with stability. If you tighten it past the red marking, that's it; you can't go any further/Tighten, and the whole thing becomes loose and unstable. The hook really should have a rubber coating to keep it from shifting around. I ended up returning it.

This is a very sturdy mount that was easy to install and works great with my PD case and my Ford F150. The product is 5 stars. HOWEVER, my Pixel 10 Pro will only charge at 1.3W, which BARELY keeps up with battery drain while navigating. After researching and speaking with PD, I'm sure this is a Pixel problem and not a PD problem. It is odd, my Qi1 bedside wireless charger from PD works much better. So Idk.

Fit and finish are fantastic as always expected from PD. Only problem is my even when fully cranked (like as far as I can) down the arm to the phone still slips from its position. The MagSafe is also a bit weak. I use a Pelican MagSafe case and my iPhone 15 pro comes right off with just a little bump when reaching for a button. Not sure these things area PD problem, but for the money I wanted the phone solidly in place.

The vent mounting is good and charging is great, but the magnetic attachment is very weak. Phone easily falls off with minor bumps, I had non charging mount before from Amazon and it had a strong magnetic attachment, first time disappointed with a peak design product.
