Very sturdy easy to adjust mount

This is my second of these mounts, the first I purchased last year from another source, and researched again for the best mount for the price, and came up with the same one again, without initially realizing it was the same mount.

Well constructed mount, but not perfect

This is a very solid mount, and it holds my Philips 40" TV very well. The big problem I had was that I didn't take a close look at the VESA mount system my TV used as compared to this mount. I made the mistake of thinking the range on the mount (20" to 40") meant it would fit my TV. My TV had a 200X400 VESA mount system and required an adapter plate (another $78.00). After reviewing the instructions, I understood I needed an adapter plate, but the Peerless web (when it comes to adapter plates) site was useless! I emailed them, and they responded quickly to let me know which adapter plate I needed. However when the plate arrived, the Peerless adapter plate holes didn't line up with the holes in this mount, so I had to drill some new holes. I really like the mount despite the frustration with obtaining the correct adapter plate and then having to modify it. Again, save yourself some pain and suffering by identifying your TV mounting system before ordering.

The Paramount series wall mounts provide versatile and multi-functional features.
