The wrist band fits and function well. I found myself wrapping the neck band around like a wrist band. I saw it, I ordered it, and I love it.

I bought the hand strap because I was sick and tired of of having a strap around my neck with the weight of my Canon XS dangling there all the time. The camera feels like part of your hand and you don't have to grip the camera tightly when you are in a relaxed position. It may be my imagination but I feel that the camera is steadier (less shake) when I use the hand strap also. Great buy.

A neck strap is not good for me but I still needed a way to help insure I would not drop the camera. This works great for that, but the strap is very fiddly to attach and un-attach. That did not concern me since it has a built in tripod mount, until I realized that the rubber mount flexes and needs to be removed to have a tripod work properly when needed. A clip or easier to manage strap adjuster on top would make this a great product.

I use the strap when doing a shoot because it is comfortable and secure. I don't have to constantly grip the camera. I use it on my Nikon D5000 even with the SB-600 flash attached.

I hate a shoulder strap!!! But I was walking around in a cave - wet floor - slippery handrails - no strap!!! Went home and ordered this and I love it - secures the camera to my hand, yet leaves me free to grab something else - and I can't drop the camera This little item is a must-have if you like freedom and camera stability!!!
