This tripod could not handle my 5-pound 6d with Tamron 24-70 lens well. I returned it. The Manfrotto tabletop is the one to get.

On time and exactly as described. It is a bit smaller than I anticipated but works just fine

This is a clever design that folds up small enough to put in a pocket, but actually is sturdy enough to support a Pentax K-50 and Sigma 17-50/2.8 lens. What make the difference is the little "ball head" is on an adjustable cantilevered support, so you can adjust the balance of the camera and lens to center over the tripod. It also folds out to a nice wide base for better stability. So far I've used it on non level rocks and on a tabletop. It's not as sturdy as my big Induro tripod or my MeFoto travel tripod. But it can get lower than both a lot easier.

The UltraPod II is a larger portable camera tripod with the same features as the UltraPod I except designed to support larger cameras, compact camcorders, spotting scopes and binoculars. It features sturdy, fold-out legs, a unique ball and socket camera mount assembly and a strong VELCRO brand cinch strap for securing to tree limbs, railings, pack frames or other similar objects. The feet of the UltraPod II are covered with non-slip vinyl, preventing the tripod from moving. The UltraPod II folds to a compact 7" length to fit in a pocket or camera bag.
