Good unit for portable flash

I used this with Nikon sb-800 fash and pocketwizard,had no problems and does what it should. It has a spot for the flash units and a spot to hold wireless triggers.

Heavy-Duty Swivel [AC-ALSWMTB] Industrial-strength light stand adaptor for large, heavy equipment. Use to attach heavier lights, strobes, or umbrellas to your light stand. This product features a cast aluminum body and umbrella fitting. Its brass mounting stud securely mounts light heads and camera to Litestands. Features an umbrella insert for simple and fast connection to umbrellas.
