Does its job

Screws loosen often, and attaching the softbox to the light is best done by opening the back of the softbox. I've only used this on Photoflex lights, so cannot comment on Bowens or others of this kind of mount, but it is simple and secure on the Photoflex.

It does what it's supposed to

My connector allows for rotation after attacted to the light. It rotates smoothly and is a nice feature. Some of the holes the posts go into come "tapped" as if they could accept anything that will screw into them. This makes smoothly removing the posts difficult and is the main disappointment in these. You have to purchase them in order to use your equipment, so you have to pay the price.
