Good product, good price

I bought this primarily to use with a clamp and ball head to hold a small camera, so that the camera's position isn't totally dependent on available clamping spots. It works well for that -- it is sturdy and appears to be well-made. I had been using a cheap selfie stick for this, but the base that held the tripod attachment wasn't affixed solidly enough to prevent the stick from wiggling. This one attaches firmly, and it is sturdy enough that I could use it as a tripod extension for a DSLR, if I ever need to.
