Helps to spread the light

I use this beauty dish with the Godox ad-600, which puts out a lot of light. It is very direct. The beauty dish spreads the light out quite a bit and cuts the harsh shadows.

Falls apart

the locking ring just slips off of the beauty dish. I will need to come up with a way to keep it on if I want to use it. Happened during a photo shoot and kept hitting the ground. Very poor design

Very well built for the money

I just received this a few days ago and have not used it yet, but its a beauty dish so we all know what it does. The dish is very well built, the slip on center reflector stays centered well and will not fall off. It ships with a sock, and a nice grid. The part I was surprised about that nobody shows, is that it comes with a very nice form fitting soft zipper case. I cannot believe nobody shows pictures of this and the grid. There is a lot included for the money in this well built unit.
