Super Versatile and durable
I use this bad boy for both attaching my Flashpoint StreakLight 360's or my Canon speed lights when I am on the run. In studio I remove the hot shoe adapter and replace with a double sided stud to affix larger lights like my Alien bees 1600's. Works like a charm. I use a number if different umbrella light shapers with no hesitation. I highly recommend!!!!!!

This thing is sturdy, sturdy, sturdy, which was exactly what I was looking for. I got tired of popping the nuts off of cheaper versions of this product, and that's never going to happen with this. It's solid, heavy and perfect if you want something that will last.
