Lightweight and SOOOOO Compact

The new Phottix Padat Compact Light Stand, the first in the new patents-pending Padat series of light stands. Unlike traditional compact light stands, the Phottix Padat Compact Light Stand folds flat and because of it's innovate design takes up 30% less space making it easy to pack in most gear bags or cases. Taking it's name from the Malay word for "Compact" this light stand extends to a height of 6.6ft from a collapsed length of 19.6 inches. Weighing only 2.5lbs while supporting up to 5.5lbs the Padat is perfect for using speed lights or small LEDs on location.
