Featuring cutting-edge Real-Time Eye (RTE) Technology, this rasterizer instantly identifies SMPTE compliance issues, providing real-time SDI jitter monitoring across five specified frequency bands. The jitter window includes a jitter histogram and video trigger options, allowing for comprehensive analysis. Connect an SDI signal and receive accurate measurements within seconds, including rise and fall overshoot at both the top and bottom of the waveform.
The unit meticulously displays amplitude, rise and fall overshoot delta, and DC offset, all essential measurements for SMPTE standard testing. Any measurement exceeding specifications, such as an eye amplitude greater than 10%, is clearly highlighted in red for immediate attention. With built-in automation control, testing is faster, more reliable, and cost-effective.
The SDI Eye Analysis capabilities include:
- Real-Time Eye (RTE) for SMPTE compliance testing with DC offset indication
- Automatic measurements of DC level, amplitude, rise and fall time, rise/fall overshoot, and visual rise time indication
