Shopper : Is this album a 3 ring binder?irene s : No . It is plastic inserts where you slide the paper in from the top. There is a white thick paper in each sleeve so you can insert a paper in front and back.

My friend passed away and the mother gave me all these pictures to put an album together - I ran out of room and am having a hard time locating pages.
