The blue boxes are nice and what I was expecting. I chose Adorama for their lower price per box. With shipping costs, though, the difference becomes less.

I was quite surprised when two of the 3 boxes were shipped in a plastic shipping envelope. The boxes were side by side, meaning the envelope was about 30" long and 14" wide. As I watched the delivery worker bring it up to the house, I wondered how they would be inside. No protective padding around the boxes inside, at all! Unsurprisingly, one box had a bent-in, partially torn section. The other seemed to be slightly bent, but could have been that way anyway.
The third box came in an appropriately sized shipping box and is fine.
I don't plan to return any, as they are functional and will not be on display.

I would suggest that packaging methods be evaluated.
