It works, but I'd wait a bit longer and get a smallHD if you can afford it. I'd also take the OSEE G7 over it as well.

Fantastic touchscreen monitor for the price.  Fully compatible with the RED Komodo.  Only drawback was finding a list for pre-approved batteries that will display power levels easily.  Can't beat the value though at this price point.
