This center speaker is just perfect, every sound that comes out of it is crystal clear. Couldn't be any happier with this purchase.

Overall a great addition to my Polk system. I bought the S30 as my center because I felt it would sound the best with my pair of S15 speakers. The S30 offers me good even sound across my front channels.

Great sound. Beautiful cabinet and design. Let it be noted, the speaker is larger than it appears to be. It?s a good sized speaker. Additionally, the speaker depth is also larger than expected. But it sounds great. Very clear vocal mid-range, clear highs, and very realistic. I have it paired with Polk S55 Signature towers for fronts and Pioneer Andrew Jones bookshelf rears, with a 12? powered sub. This speaker holds its own with the S55 towers, and can handle a lot of power from my H/K receiver. Overall, the center channel is rich and vibrant, not too loud, and very balanced. They speaker is very clear and pretty natural. It is not sharp, harsh or tinny. It is probably a bit on the smoother natural sound than, a bright vibrant sound, but it creates beautiful sound stage and is very accurate and warm to listen to? At this point, I have no complaints. If being nit picky, it is a big speaker and heavy, but a minor concession for clear accurate sound.

Great price and fast shipping from Adorama. As for this center speaker, its huge. It replaced a Bose VSC-10 that had 2 1/2" drivers. This is a night and day difference in sound. The Bose did well with dialog but was a bit quiet in movies. I had to turn up the center level all the way up. I hooked up the Polk and right away it brought out the weakness of the Bose. Even with loud background sounds, music etc I could still hear the dialog. Dialog was also deeper as this also pumps out bass. This is also a beautiful cabinet, it matches my S55 and HTS-10 sub. My only odd ball is the Polk T50 as my surrounds. Maybe i'll consider the S20s as a replacement. I got this for a good price and choose it over the S35 as I didn't feel replacing the Bose 2 1/2" with 3 /2" speakers would make a huge difference. Overall I am happy with my setup. I have a fuller sound now.

I'm very happy with the S30. I'm using it with the S60 and the Onkyo TX NR676. The base is great, over all sound crisp and clear. It was a Toss up between the S30 in the S35 but after reading reviews of both I chose the S30 for the bigger speakers for better Mid range and bass and I'm happy.
