I recently decided to upgrade my 10 years old Polk Audio speakers to something more powerful and new. Came across the Polk Signature Series a few months ago, but didn’t want to pay the price they were initially selling for. After sitting on my decision and waiting patiently, finally after Black Friday of 2018 I came across the price cuts and was able to make the purchase. I purchased the S60, S35 and S10 for the surround along with the HTS10 Sub. Initially, the speakers were lacking the punch, but that is normal with almost any new speaker system. You have to let it break-in for at least 10 hours to get the best sound, and boy is it worth the wait. For the last 2 weeks, after the break-in period, I have been entertaining guests at my place mainly because they want to experience the rumble of the sub and the clarity of my surrounds. Now, I am not saying that these Polk Signature can outperform the high-end speakers, such as Bang & Olufsen or the Aperion Audio speakers, but they sure will be better than of those Pioneers, Yamahas, Sonys, Klipsch and ELACs. I personally am not a fan of Klipsch because I think they are too bass heavy, but to each his own. Some folks will only buy Klipsch, this guy is not one of them. ?? I have tried various brands over time in different applications, and I have always found Polk Audio speakers to be the best bang for the buck. To me, they offer the best performance for the price and offer the best design as well. I was initially looking in to purchasing the RTI Ax series, but turned out that those were a bit bulky for my application. These signature series are just the right size for me, capable of throwing the right sound with the right punch. These speakers have been paired with my Pioneer Elite SC-72 AVR.

Everything arrived in great condition. Speakers are a great value and do well with music and movies. S60 speakers are large and surprisingly deep, make sure to measure first!

Fantastic sounding speakers. They shipped the speakers in the original boxes, which arrived utterly demolished. From everything I could tell these are brand new speakers with terrible boxes. The speakers incurred very minor damage likely from shipping. One of the s60's has a 1" ding along the rear side edge, for example. You wouldn't see it if you weren't looking for it. On the other hand one of the S60's 3 did have a bad driver, with popping and muddy bass. Adorama appeared ready to replace it, but I also emailed polk support directly and they shipped me a new driver at no cost. Replacing the bad driver resolved the issue. Taking care of the speaker problem was a small hassle but overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.

The receiver works extremely well, wifi setup is a breeze. The only slight complaint is that it can be very difficult to thread speaker wire into the relevant slots on the receiver. Speakers seem great so far, would highly recommend.
