Great little case

This case is really rugged for being so small. It is typical of all the Pelican cases maybe a bit over designed and as a result a bit heavy but if you want an indestructible small case this is it.

good case

I use thess to transport my point and shoot camera or cellphone when in a boat or hiking. Like most pelican cases they are good protection against water and dust. my fuji 600exr fits snug in this case. next time I might buy a little larger so I could put the camera in a freezer ziplock first. Silicone rubber insert and nice big flippy lever to open, works great strapped to a backpack shoulder strap for quick access. Minor detraction- the mini carabiner that comes with it is cheesy; mine bent past it's open stop the first day of use -while the case is marine grade, the biner isn't.

The #1010 Micro Case is part of the Micro Cases, a range of cases to protect your valuable small items. They have the same look as larger Peli, plus they combine a new attractive style, and offer the legendary strength of Pelican Protector Cases.

With the Micro Cases you will be able to protect your cell phone, photographic camera, Personal Digital Assistants (PDA), electronic games, pager, radio, and other valuable small items. Micro Cases will totally protect your valuables, as they are watertight, airtight, crushproof and have an automatic pressure purge valve.
