I used to have one backpack for hikes into the backcountry and one for general use. Now, I just have one. I bought a special backpack to carry the case (a Tatanka external frame pack) into the backcountry and it works great with this case. Also, my equipment is much more secure in the case than a soft pack, and much more moisture resistant too.

I use this case to carry my equipment for all types of shooting

Great size and weight. Build is solid but does feel slightly less substantial than a traditional Pelican case. Ideal for travel and remote jobs.
