Disappointed. Functional but.....meh.

The item received is not as pictured. The new padded dividers are black and not as thickly-padded as the older grey-colored dividers. I personally prefer padded dividers that are of lighter shade as it makes things easier to spot when I'm hunting for something in the dark. Unfortunately, there aren't too many options around so it would appear we're stuck with this for now until a 3rd party provider comes along with a better option.
