Meets My Needs
Just back from 3 weeks trip. No problem for Carry-on or Transfer. Lightweight and roomy, wheels works fine.
There are no damage inside goods or outside the case.

EL22 is another great product with good apperance in mind while designing from Pelican.
This carry-on luggage is as expected of Pelican's quality. A couple of things I did to help protect it from being scratched up while dragging it around was fabricating a shield from a thin piece of stainless steel sheet and adhere it to the bottom between the two wheels as I find this corner to be low and always bumping on an uneven surfaces. Another thing I did was attaching rubber feets to the bottom and back sides used for laying on the ground. I may be too picky of a person but I love taking care of all my belongings and keeping them look their best when possible.

Everything promised and more
I ordered this as a protective carry on for my photography gear. It has fulfilled that need beautifully. Here is one thing that I did however... I have a Tamron backpack that fits in the Pelican case perfectly so I loaded my backpack into the case to keep my gear organized and give me the option of having my backpack when needed. The Pelican case doesn't come with organizers and the trek pack system seemed great but that would have left me without a way of backpacking my stuff once I arrived at my location. The Pelican case holds my backpack and laptop perfectly. Looks great and performs beautifully! Buying two more soon!

If you want a one and done carry on suitcase, this is it
this is a very nice carry on suitcase that can also double as a camera case, had a little difficulty setting the combo lock. If you want a one and done carry on suitcase, this is it.

Great case - bad logo emblem adhesive
This case is all business. It's solid, well made, reliable. It does what it was designed to do. The problem I have is with the Pelican emblem that fell out upon unpacking the case from the box it was delivered in. The emblem fell of because it is simply stuck with some basic adhesive to the recessed little square devoted for its housing. Bad design and poor selection of adhesive. In real world use, there is no way the emblem will stay put. Adorama offered to exchange it but it's not worth the time and effort. The case works. Adorama's customer service is top notch. Case would have received a full 5 starts if the emblem didn't fall out.
