The previous owner of the company I work for purchased this product (maybe older version) back in 2015, and 10 years later I encountered an issue with the product not recognizing certain items plugged in. I contacted customer support not sure I'd get much help given how long I'd had the product and it being purchased by someone other than me. I was pleasantly surprised when I received amazing customer service (very promptly) with clear step by step instructions on how to identify the true issue and fix it! I would already highly recommend this product to anyone looking, but will do so even more now given how helpful their support team was. Thank you!!

I bought this about a year ago. Recently things started glitching. Things like the monitors and drives will periodically disappear. I emailed for support and all they sent me was a link to give a review. so here it is. Look for another product. Some other brand that has better support.

This is such an amazing product. I can connect so many monitors and it doesn't need a lot of wires or anything like that. It's pretty easy to use and you can have at least four monitors attached to it and it works pretty well.

I like how I do not have to fumble behind my at home work desk to plug and unplug cords. I can even charge my cell phone where I work instead of using a long cord. The product was very sturdy and didn't not tip over, even when there was a lot of plugs in use. The HDMI port worked well when hooking up my tv I use as a second monitor.

I really enjoyed using this usb-c quad hdmi docking station. I've used different brands before but this is my favorite. It has power to it and the right amount of ports to make it work excellent for you.

I was pleasantly impressed on how well made and useful it is. I have several monitors and laptop, all connected via this docking station and it works amazingly. Being able to connect peripherals is very useful. I have my headphone, speakers, etc. connected using the docking station. Definitely a great additions to my electronic devices.

Plugable's USB-C Quad HDMI Docking Station 100W is so amazing. I can use many devices at once without using so much electricity. I'm able to use my laptop, phone, speaker and any other device I want. I wish the docking station was more sturdier. This Plugable docking station is equipped with 1x USB-C port for 5Gbps data and 20W charging, 4x USB 3.0 5Gbps ports, Gigabit Ethernet, an SD Card Reader, and audio in/out ports. I recommend this device to people who love using electronics.

I love this plugable! It supplies all of my office and home office computing needs with room to spare. It works very well with fast data transfers and is extremely durable; I am able to use my extra monitors, work on projects for presentations and save data easily with an external hard drive. Wonderful for transfering information from one device to another. It's a great investment. I would recommend this to family and friends

I just love the Plugable USB-C Quad HDMI Docking Station 100W. It was super easy to set up was truly plugable with all my equipment. Gives me enough ports for all my equipment. With the speed I want. The Plugable docking station has 1x USB-C port for 5Gbps data and 20W charging, 4x USB 3.0 5Gbps ports, Gigabit Ethernet, an SD Card Reader, and audio in/out ports. I run 3 displays and high end gaming laptop and experienced no delays or degrading picture quality. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a top quality Docking Station. The item description was just as described and I would buy it again.

This is without a doubt the best docking station I've ever owned! Plugging everything in and downloading a driver, as described in the owner's handbook, were all that were required for setup. It took around 15-20 minutes to set up. My previous docking station quickly overheated, but the Plugable docking station easily handles my three monitors with my laptop and barely gets warm. The docking station is really compact and very well-built. This device is a must-have, if you work from home and need more than the typical two monitors! I love that this docking station can charge your laptop as well as keep your cords in one place. I would highly recommend it!

Pluggable is the best. Now that I have one, I have to agree. Set up was as simple as plugging everything in and downloading a driver that was explained in the included owner's manual. The included owner's booklet covered everything I needed and so far I am running three monitors and powering my laptop from this device. I run 3 monitors and my laptop screen from 8:00 am to 5 or 6 pm daily with graphic intensive work and streaming video. I don't think demand on this device could be higher and it never gets hot!

Easy installation, very simple to setup basic plug up & go for charging your devices. It has worked exactly as it is advertised. Charging your phone is very quickly takes about a hour to charge your phone to 100% it is amazing for us that stay on our devices a lot even when trying to get our device charges as in past have had issues with phone charging while in use but not with this awesome docking station it will charge right up even while in use! The setup with stationary laptop setup was so easy you just install the driver & then plug & play. They made it super easy even for someone who might not be the greatest with technology you can easily follow along these instructions & setup your station. It literally couldn't be more simple then this! Makes cable management so much neater & all in one station/plugin area I love it! The quality is by far superb you can feel how nice it is you can see the quality in it & how well made & thought out it is perfect for any home office, work station, or just for your personal use!

The dock helped me clean up my cords and doesn't take up much space. Very easy to use and set up. There was not much I needed to do to ensure that it worked. Follow the directions and make sure your drivers are up to date and there will be no issues. I love having more usb options so I don't have to keep unplugging

I love my USB -C Quad HDMI Docking Station .I love that it has several plug ins .It also has SD card reader .It's durable .It's the perfect size not to big and not to small .It's not heavy so you can move it when you want

I can't tell you how nice it is to have everything together on one station. No more wires everywhere. I finally have all 3 screens hooked up. This is nice, nice..i wish I would have made the investment sooner. It's literally just a plug n play scenario.
