Let me start off by saying that I never thought I needed one of these until I was asked to test one out. It's a game changer! First of all, it was compatible with both my Windows AND macOS laptops and the ease of switching between the two is flawless. Connections all work perfectly and nothing seems to be lagging when using the hub. My only complaint is that it feels like it overheats, just because it is extremely warm to the touch after using it all day, but it sits on my desk so I don't notice it. I would have liked more USB (A or C) ports as I would like to use it for more devices. Overall, would definitely buy another or one for a friend!

This is exactly what I needed for my laptop. My laptop doesn't have an SD card reader so this adapter was a life saver. It has a port for anything you would need to connect. The HDMI port is very useful. The connection was seamless and this adapter is so easy to use. Instead of multiple cords and adapters you have everything in one device.

My daughter plugged this into her laptop and was able to use her sd card from her camera, charge her phone, and hook up an extra monitor via the HDMI port. Highly recommended for those that need mulitple uses and minimal plug ins.

With aluminum case, I like this 7-in-1 Hub even more. Not only this is super convenient for me on-the-go, but also how nice and neat it looks. It does have some weight on it and does not look fragile like the other one from unknown brand I got before on online. I can use from C to USB to micro SD. Connectivity is smooth with wide range compatibility. It definitely will be stable functioning piece in my bag for work. I really like it and surely recommend it !

Plugable 7 in 1 USB Hub Received this product for free from @influenster for my honest review. This hub is perfect for when you are on your laptop and have limited amount of inputs. This hub has a port for HDMI, memory cards USB A (2x), USB C and an ethernet port. To connect the hub to your laptop or desktop you will need a USB C port (something that older devices may not have available). Once connected there was no lag between any of the peripherals that were plugged in. Everything worked smoothly and was recognized once plugged. Truly plug and play? This is definitely going into my travel bag.

I received this product to sample and write and honest review. I am very impressed with this new plugable. It makes my laptop really more versatile and useful. I plugged in the HDMI cable to my monitor and it worked immediately after adjusting a few settings on my computer. I really like that I can plug the USB-C power cord right into the port on the hub and still have an additional thunderbolt port available on the computer. This USB C Hub is a great addition to my electronics.

Using with Lenovo ThinkPad Intel X13. Worked right out of box and I am running the following: I am currently using the following with no problems: Two full size monitors Laptop monitor Printer External keyboard Mouse Jabra headset Webcam I wish it had 4 USB ports instead of 3 -- I had to plug a USB hub into it in order to connect everything I need to connect -- but otherwise, this is perfect. I paid $29 and was very pleased in comparison to playing $100-$200 for a true docking station.

I was able to get my pics off my cameras sd card using this device. Which I plugged into the computer also instead of just my phone, but either way it works great! Great for transferring stuff or just a charger.

I am a teacher and use this at school to display things on my smart board. I love how portable this is and how well it works with so many different systems! The USB C & in 1 multi-function hub has made my life so much easier, I am able to plug in several different items at once. This adapter is so simple to use. It converted one USB-C port to six different ports that I need. USB 3, Ethernet, memory cards, power, it all works and I've used all of it at the exact same time. Seems sturdy, so far.

I am so glad I got this mulit-function hub. I like that it supports 4k, HDMI, and is fast charging/high power. I connected it to my chromebook to keep it charged. I also used it to connect my monitor to my chromebook and it worked great. Same for my USB keyboard and USB mouse. This is an excellent plug in.
