Comfy fit

Had these for 2 years now. I find them great for running and working Had an issue just last week and put in a claim for warranty I now have a brand new set so hope they last another 2 years

Poor Quality Product

I got these in the mail and charged them and they wouldn't pair with my phone. My phone They wouldn't even show up on my phone. I also had a co-worker try and the same thing happened. Also, the very next day I tried turning them on after they were fully charged and the battery was dead and I had to re-charge them again and they will were not discover-able and wouldn't pair to my phone. I will be sending these back and looking for new bluetooth headphones.

Just won't stay in the ears

Owned the BackBeat Go 2 for quite some time now and the sound is excellent, they work well with my devices, battery life is decent and it is user friendly. From day one I have had a lot of difficulty with keeping them in place. Tried all the different sized ear buds and am constantly putting them back in. Need better option for keeping them in place, for the price they really need to stay in place better

works well & lasted a long time

I have owned two pairs of the BackBeat GO 2 bluetooth earbuds. I have had good luck with them. The battery life has been pretty good - as long as I remember to plug them back in to the charging case when I take them off. The product has performed well and been pretty durable. The pair my son didn't "borrow" are still working great and I was visiting the website today to find some of the stabilizers that help keep the earbuds in place.

look nice, not compatible with most phones

Passed up the lower end stuff that I know worked, and opted for a premium product.... that was only compatible with 1 of 7 devices. And that higher end quality? The cheaper stuff was better. Huge fail. I won't buy plantronics again. Not even a decent paperweight.

I bought these headphones around a year ago and I was on a call and all the sudden it sounded like a machine gun was going off in my ear. I immediately turned them off and tried turning them back on. The red light would not turn off and the earbuds will not turn back on I have tried charging them but it has not worked

BackBeat NO GO!!!!!

I purchased BackBeat Go 2 with charging case at the airport based on the brand reputation. Everyone in my office uses Plantronics headsets, so I figured the earbuds would be great, too. Was I wrong! They just don't fit and the "redesigned ear tips and stabilizers" stabilize nothing. I even tried reversing them to see if I could get a better fit. Not happening. I would have returned them, but I tossed out all the packing materials before I boarded my flight. Theses have been sitting on my desk for months unused! Ugh! I noticed another redesign of the stabilizers on the BackBeat Go 3. Maybe the third time is a charm.

Two faulty units - replacement pair won't chqrge

I bought my first pair in Adelaide airport and the charger pouch stopped charging when they were about 2 months old. I took them back and go a replacement pair. I hadn't used these at all until I found them in my backpack months after getting them. With this pair I can't get the earbud unit to charge at all - very dissatisfied and disappointed especially for the price. I didn't get a replacement receipt when I swapped the fist time so can't return these ones without one
