I bought two M70 devices for my girlfriend and me. When using just one of those they work well. But when using both of them at the same time at both call ends, annoying noise glitches appear randomly. This makes this device unusable.

I bought this a while ago and was really happy with it at first, the battery life is quite outstanding. But then it started to lose battery really fast, and it is NOT noose cancelling which is a VERY frustrating feature given that I cannot use it outdoors almost at all. Sometimes not even indoors if there is noise around me. The lack of this feature is leading me to again go on a hunt for new Bluetooth headsets.

My old Plantronic bluetooth was great. it lasted 10 years and would have gone longer if my dog didn't get to it. I tried a few of the more expensive Plantronic bluetooths. They had issues fitting with glasses or short battery lives. Did great in windy or noisy environments but I needed one that could last a day without a recharge. The M70 had great battery life. Did horrible in windy or noisy environments but did go the entire day. The problem was they kept failing. They never outlasted their warranty period, which was good, but the hassle of filling out claims and waiting for a replacement was just too much. I had 2 units so I was never without one. I actually had a replacement fail within the 2 weeks I was waiting for the replacement of another failure. I have gone through so many, it can't be bad luck. I'm sure it's just a matter of time until these are discontinued. Plantronics has to be seeing what I'm seeing .... just a failed product.

I purchased two of these just under 2 years ago. Worked fine until yesterday when the volume up button stopped working. Looked the item up on the website and the product sheet shows that there is a 2-year warranty. I called and was told over the phone that the 2-year warranty only applied if the items was purchased in Europe. I am in Canada where apparently the warranty is only for 1-year. Offered no explanation why but left with a device that i am unable to use. Very disappointed!

This product was a replacement .I chose this bluetooth because it does what I need and the price is right. Plantronics customer service is excellent.

I gave it to someone as a gift, and every time I called them I had a one second delay on everything I said, echoing in my ear. Biggest piece of junk ever!!!!!! You couldn't even hold a conversation. JUNK. AVOID. And yes I adjusted the volume as LOW as it could go, still sucked!!!!!!!

I was looking for a wireless headset with alot of talk time. After doing some research I found this one at Walmart. I’ve had it over 6 years and it still works as if I just bought it. The talk time is 11+ hours; listening to music time is 11 hours and streaming TV (via my phone varies between 9-11 hours. At one point I had lost it and found it several months later. I bought a Jabra that didn’t even hold up to this headset and was so happy when I found my M70.

Everything else works relatively well. But it is going in the eco-recycling because nobody will call me or accept my calls when I use this thing. There is a very, very loud and horrible echo for people I'm speaking with. They hear themselves about half a second after they speak. It is intolerable. Definitely not the way it should work...

I bought this about 2 months ago, it was priced very well, the bluetooth range is amazing. I can go into any room and still hear, It works perfectly with one or two phones, I can hear anyone from the headset more clear than my phone. can here any music or video I want, it replaced my headphones

I was happy with this, but bummed out when I accidentally put it through the washing machine & dryer. It stopped working as expected. But I pried it open, and let it sit on my dresser for a couple of weeks, and it started working again ! I had to tape the cover back on, because i broke the tiny tabs when opening it, but no apparent permanent damage otherwise.

Ive always had better luck with plantronics brand headsets, my previous headsets were the M26 M55 and 2 M70's. This M70 has lasted the longest so far. After a year of everyday use the sound quality has suffered pretty bad. People lately have been telling me it sounds like Im calling from the moon on a spotty weak AM radio signal. It was not always this way. It is a huge step up from the popular amazon bargain of similar look. I like that there is a quick to use power switch. It is comfortable when you cut off the silly clear rubber loop. The over ear hook has held up great and it stays pretty well in my ear. The battery life is great and range is tolerable. I just wish I could get more than 12 months from a headset without something degrading in performance. It used to sound great but now it does not.

Calls are very clear and battery seems decent, unfortunately wearing the included gel/earloop the earpiece becomes very, very uncomfortable after a duration wearing and no alternatives are included. After I've been wearing for a few hours, my ear feels very sore and am debating replacing. Customer service dont have any solution to this unfortunately. Range seems decent however, and call quality is reasonable for the price.

I was given this as a gift by a co-worker. It is hands down the most comfortable ear piece I have ever used. I am buying another, not because there's anything wrong with this one, but because I do not want to be without. Now I will have one to use and one in reserve.

I love this product, it sync well w/all my smart gadgets however is there anyway to get rid of the opening message, "Talk time 6 hours, phone 1 connected" it takes away words even for that 5 seconds, it's unnecessary

I purchased this headset over 6 months ago, and I tend to use it to make phone calls. I was initially attracted to it because of its great battery life, which I can attest to as it takes only an hour on average to fully charge from near depletion. However, the call quality is lacking on phone calls - the caller will go in and out frequently, no matter how close I am to the phone (sometimes I'm holding the phone in my hand and will still experience issues). I do not have this same problem when listening to audio. I contacted customer service to see if maybe this was an issue with this particular headset, but the replacement I received continue to have the same issues. While this technically works, it is not an acceptable substitute for my previous headset.

Great device, is so comfortable with my glasses that I often forget I have it on. Very easy to use and the battery life is about 2 weeks depending on my use. Although, I have had it for 2+ years now and it seems to be loosing clarity for the person I am talking to even at full volume. It forces me to talk louder than normal, but the device didn't start out that way. I do think it was good for the price.

I am a Bluetooth guy and tried several Bluetooth, actually i can say that i almost tried every one in the market , but when it comes to this one, there’s no equal to the 11 hours talk time battery life , i talk a lot on the iPhone X and used a several Bluetooth from the Apple AirPod to Jabra you name it, only i can say Sennheiser Bluetooth come close to 10 hours talk time but with the ear comfort only the M70 Plantronics is the best, it has a very soft and different eartip size and over the ear hook and on top of that is the price, no other Bluetooth can match that cheap price ($60) I easily give it 5 stars Bluetooth phone

I have only had the unit for a month and the earhook broke. I try and find replacements but need to spend half again what I paid for the unit. I wish the earhook had better flex and not so pricey.

It is nice and easy to be paired BUT it is not recognized as having being paired by either Plantronics HUB app or "Find my Headset hub". Tried it in 2 smartphones without success
