Works well but I feel it falling out. And if I don't press it into my ear it can be hard to hear. I came to the site looking for different sized eartips. NOT FOUND

Perfect for my needs. Not to big and a great range when I can't have my phone on my person.

Not as clear as the Explorer 120, but clearer than the older moldes that I have.

I bought this in February of this year to replace my second Marque 2 M165 that lost its sound. Now, in November of the same year, I have the same problem with this one. The sound and volume were good when I got it. Now, with the internal volume, even at Full, you can't even hear the "Power on. Phone One connected" message which means it's a problem with the device itself as that has nothing to do with the phone/tablet volume setting. The exact thing happened with both of my M165s. The first lasted about 2 years but the replacement only lasted about 6 months. This will be my last Plantronics device.

Pros: Quality: OK Battery: OK Cons: Pairing with two phones have issues. Losing conection with one of them and need reset to pair again No firmware upgradeable App in android cannot show battery remaining. Maybe after several turn off and on will show but only for a while and then "battery unknown" message. Frustrating because I loved that feature

I picked up the Explorer 102 from Walmart, since it was small, light, and a Plantronics device. I have read a ton of reviews before hand, and for the life of me can’t figure out how anyone would say it’s not loud enough. First of all, the volume of your phone is different that the headset. If you turned up the phone and thought it was weak in the earpiece, did you attempt to increase the volume on the earpiece? They are NOT tied together. I maxed my phone volume, and then checked the earpiece and it was “ok”, but then I increased the volume on the earpiece and almost hurt my ear! It starts at about 50%, and you can easily increase to a much louder volume. At 100% on both phone and earpiece, I’d be able to hear over most really noisy crowds. I’ve been wearing my headset for about 2 hours now, and it’s still comfortable, where previous headsets I’ve owned- including the Jawbone Era- would start to make my ear ache. 7 hours of talk time, 11 days of standby, and full charge in 2 hours... this is not your father’s Bluetooth earpiece!!

I mentioned I didn't get the charger, I did I found it. I love it small and I like the holder.

I’ve had my headset for about 7 months now... occasionally I have issues with the volume level being too soft, but otherwise a great headset! I accidentally left it in my jeans pocket this weekend and discovered it in the dryer AFTER drying on Medium (and completing a run through the washer. It still had 4 hours of battery charged and seems to still be working great! I’m very impressed!!

I bought the 110 model and so far I love it. Great sound, compact and so easy to use.

I've just recently bought this, but the sound quality is so bad, i cant stand it. It's very heavy on trebles, after a few minutes it's unbearable. Bass is not present at all. Sound volume is very low. The new fitment system is just bad.

THIS is my second Plantronics headset. I loved my last one but with this one the volume when in the car for navigation is just too low. I don’t know if it is because of the noise cancelling feature. Telephone calls are ok but I will have to buy something else. Not impressed sadly.

The dog ate my Explorer 500, so it was time for a replacement, and I tried a couple of other brands which just didn't satisfy me. I've seen the Explorer 100 series, and they looked cheap, but I ordered one, and I'm very pleased! And no, I bought this one on Amazon, it was not given to me for a review. First, it's 'hot'. I can wear it in my left ear, with the phone my right pocket, even with my hand over it, and in an empty parking lot I still get signal and can hear. This is the test, in case you wonder how well your headset picks up Bluetooth - in one ear, opposing pocket, walk into clear space and if it stays connected it's a 'hot' set and will probably give you good range. So, tech stuff aside... Sound quality is above average - audio like podcasts is excellent, and calls I get via HD (T-Mobile sound great. No one complains about car noise any more. The controls do just what I expect them to. Volume buttons actually sort of ignore an accidental press, that's nice. Hey Google works with the call button long press like I expect. Power switch is a nice feature, lots of sets do away with that, and it's annoying. Mute is actually something that works, another feature a lot of sets just implemented badly. I'm once again pleased with a Plantronics product, an unbroken string starting with my BackBeat 906 and various Voyagers, adding this Explorer 110 to my collection of BackBeat Fit (almost 4 years old now I think) and a Voyager Pro HD for work. All terrific! You could do a lot worse than this Explorer 110!

I previously had an PlantronIcs M50. Loved it. The M102 is comfortable, clear calls and communication due to the noise cancelling feature. Initial pairing is quick! The only con? Her voice. To me the devices voice sounds to annoyed. 'Power On', 'Power Off'....all the prompts sound like she doesn't want to be bothered. I preferred the voice on my M50. Much more 'relaxed'

Just lost my old Plantronics PLM55 that I used for 4-5 years and was still working. After such nice performance I purchased today an Explorer 110. So nice - I was actually happy I lost the old one. Works perfect on 2 phones no background noise, car holder is super. I have no idea about battery. Volume buttons are reversed compared to other models and I almost returned it because I thought it is too quiet.

I bought a 102 over the weekend and I don't like it. I can't make it loud enough to hear without pushing and holding it further into my ear. Kind of defeats the purpose.

I bought the headset about 3 months ago, only because it was the cheapest wire free headset I could find at the time. I am EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of the headset. Occasionally, the headset would be super quiet, but if you rinse it off with water on the speaker and then dry it, it will be crisp again!
