Do Not Buy!

I have never been able to use this. It is useless. Even if you figure out how to connect it to your phone system, there is a problem inside the wire that connects to the earpiece causing a loss of connectivity. Also, the over the ear earpiece will NOT stay on your ear. Do not buy this junk.

GOOD SOUND

bought this for work. nice set up with carrier for set when not in use. one thing I miss is bing able to disconect when I need to walk around the office. I normally leave my headset on, disconnect and when I come back just plug right in. cant do that with this set. it will wear on the plug constantly disconnecting from unit.

Have had headset over 10 years and still works

Great headset for when I multi-task. Has held up great. Earpiece is worn a bit, but still in good condition. It's lasted through three long-term jobs. Only drawback is the cord. Although it's quite long, it's still hard to roam the room with it.

The Plantronics S12 Telephone Headset System is a particularly straightforward way to work hands-free with your desktop phone. This system includes a headset that can either be worn over your ear or over your head. In addition, the headset features a noise-canceling microphone and an indicator light to let others know that you are on the phone. The headset also comes with an amplifier that connects to your desktop phone, its handset and the included headset with this system. The amplifier allows you to select between six different configuration settings for connecting a wide variety of desktop phones. In addition, the amplifier features volume, power and mute controls as well as a stand for hanging up your headset during breaks or at the end of the day.
