Fabulous headset...great forcall centers

I absolutely love the headset that I ordered and so does our receptionist. My previous headset did not have a disconnect and every time I got up from my desk, I had to take it off. I am a scheduler for a car dealership and I am on the phone all day. It is so nice that if I have to leave my desk I don't have to take the entire headset off. The fact that there are 3 different headsets is great. Very, very happy!!
