Doesn’t fit a regular audio plug. Need an adapter that is sold separately.

had to purchase another end jack to make this headphone compatible to my phone. Quality of headset is not what I expected for a Dell product.

Horrible sound quality. Made loud screeching sound. Waste of money. Static so bad people could not understand what you were saying and then retiring you cannot understand what they were saying.

I bought the M214C headset 10 days ago and overall am disappointed because a 60 cycle hum badly disrupts conversations. The hum loudness depends on where and the direction my head is turned but it never goes away completely. On the other hand the clarity and volume of conversations over the headset is vastly superior to my old headset. I'm returning the headset to the store and exchanging it for another with the hope that the first headset has a defect that won't be in the second

Plantronics headsets have been my go-to for years. All of a sudden these no longer work with 2.5 mm jacks. I've tested two of these head-sets (ordered via Staples) on 2 separate phones. In reading other reviews posted here, I'm not the only one with the loud buzzing sound. We need a fix Plantronics! For now, I've had to move to another brands headset (which isn't nearly as comfortable).

I've used an M214C for years with my phone in my office. When I received my new headset it buzzes loudly with every phone call. I need to return this headset. Please send me the appropriate paperwork to do so.

Both myself and my husband use these headsets for work. They work great for a while, then it no longer works correctly. BOTH of our headsets stopped working on the same day. In order to get it to work, you have to twist the 2.5mm connection and find a spot where it now works with the phone, and then you can't move the connection at all otherwise, you can no longer hear through the headset. While I like the product when its working, it seems to stop working in a matter of a year or two and needs to be replaced. Products should last longer than this. It does seem to make it to the one year warranty mark, but not much past that so unable to get replacement through the warranty. Is there any way to fix our existing headsets???
