for 6 yearsI have had my Plantronics 400 for six years. I have had no trouble with it, with work at home, gaming or teleconferencing. I love it so much I bought another one. The ear pads wear out but you can get replacement ones at Amazon

Use to skype the family when away on business. Mic is good enough to produce youtube videos. Only complaint is foam pads. While they are old, they've started crumbling and my wife noticed that the pieces flake off in my ears. I've found and ordered new foam.

I have had this set for almost ten years , works very well only issue I am having now is where to find foam cushion pads for the ear phones.

Works with any version of windows from xp to 10 : Air cushions can be used from any other China made cheap headphones of similar size and form.
