Squeezes ears, pulls on glasses

I work in a call centre and use headsets 12 hours a day. This headset is extremely uncomfortable, it squeezes my ears to the point where I have to take them off after a couple of hours of use, and they're continually pulling my glasses up causing headaches because of blurred vision.

Love My Head Set

Reduces back ground noise great. Note to everyone this does require an MX10 or the USB adapter to use. If you still have alot of back ground noise you will want to turn down the gain control in the MX10 and/or computer if you have it connected to you computer. If you keep this in mine it will work great for you. I have been using Plantations heads in call centers for years and this is the best analog on so far.

Terrible

I just bought this headset to plug into my desk phone but it does not fit. I see no advertisement or recommendations on the website for a cable that can help connect my phone to the website. Very disappointed in this product.

Use it daily and works great

I use this every single day. I have a home office. Works great. I use it with a vtech phone so I can adjust volume on that. The headset is comfortable. I Use the 720 model. Only wish it had a mute button on it. I have to use the mute on the phone, which is OK at times, but would be nice to have the unit have it too. Highly recommended. Clear sound, and cancels noise like the gardener.

Looks impressive but no operating instructions!

Just received my first headset at work and cannot use. No manual/instructions how to operate headset, volume control, etc. For a first-time headset user, not very user friendly. Any information/instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Very Uncomfortable

I love the headset as far as the technical. It is great for hearing customers. The thing just kills my ears!!!!! I have worn a headset for more than 25 years and this is the most uncomfortable one I have had so I have to remove it often very often!!

Works as advertised and breaks easily

We used these sets in our call center but had to change to the 500 series as the 700 series headsets broke on a regular basis. So far the 500 series have proven far more durable...if only the mic was more adjustable.

Terrible! Does not cancel out any noise!

My company bought all of the sales department these headphones and they are not good. They bother the top of my head and cancels out no noise. My clients can here everything going on around me, it's terrible!

Most comfortable headset ever

I have been dispatching police and fire for 10 years and this is the single most comfortable and functional headset I have ever had. The ear piece is super soft and does not itch like the foam ones tend to do after 8 hours. Highly Recommended

Just what we need but no adapter to use it.

Great product but need an adapter to use on our Polycom VVX 311 phones. We had them for our last phone system they worked great sound very good in both ears.

Doesn't connect to phone

Nowhere does the product description mention that it does not connect to a mobile phone. The photos do not show the end of the cable. If an adaptor is needed that should be made 100% clear. I'll have to return this product.
