I have been using this headset for several years for conference calls while working remote. I have yet to find a device that matches the quality of the microphone you get with the blackwire. The other callers will appreciate the clarity of your voice, and co workers are always asking what I am using and how it is so clear. You can work in loud spaces and the background is silent (i have taken calls in food courts, busy offices, outdoors, cars, etc. The mic removes any room echo as well. All around amazing. Downside is that after long calls, it can become uncomfortable for me. Because of this, and the recent work from home requirements, I have been on the hunt for a home office mic/speaker replacement. I have tried half a dozen alternatives that are just clearly worse sounding when I used the blackwire as a baseline. I really want to get my hands on the Calisto 5200 to do a comparison and see if it is better than the major similar competitor devices. TLDR - amazing headset that can be uncomfortable several hours of use.

Excellent product that is small and perfect for conference calls. Love it!!! The calls are clear on both ends and I would would it again.

Use it for a while, voice is very clear, don't have to mute when someone is running lawn mover near to my window, my team member telling me they can hear only my voice but not any noise, so highly recommend it..

I use these when I travel while on work PC and for connecting to CISCO phones using USB connection. Good sound in both ears. The pros: - Lightweight - Made for travel with carrying case - Excellent sound quality both on voice and mic The cons: - The plastic ear pieces that hook around the ear come in one size and can be annoying. They can remind you that they are there. Needs some kind of cushion
