Works as expected. Bought from mfgr as saw bad reviews on Amazon clones (for failing magnets). Heck, price was at least as good from Plantronics anyway, with free shipping to boot.

Worked for a while. The PC (Windows 10) recognizes the BT300M, but no audio. Good lord people test your product befpore selling it.

Had one of the earlier models for ten years, finally started to have short battery life. Not interested in all of the “new” features, the Legend has everything I need, and none of the fluff! Better sound quality than the Bluetooth in my car, I use this instead. On/off and volume switches are easier to use than the older style, intuitive when it’s on your ear. The shape fits much more securely on/in your ear versus the more compact types. Was always waiting for the compact style to fall off, no worries with the Legend.

I purchased a Voyager 5220. When I first tried to use it, according to the directions, with my apple smartphone v7 it would not conntect to Siri. I would have to go into the iphone and disconnect and reconnect. This was a pain. I bought a different unit and had no problems but I liked the Plantronics. Now the unit will not connect to the Iphone at all it just keeps saying pairing . I can connect other units to the iphone. Have had this unit less than a month

I thought this would be simple to use and just put it over your ear. But it falls off so easily and I have to hold it in place, or remove my glasses and make sure there is no hair on my ear. I pull my hair back so it doesn't touch the earpice. Is there a correct way to put this on? I have tried many positions and none work. My micorphone goes off when it begins to fall off my ear, then reconnects when I adjust it back onto my ear. This is frustrating and think maybe my ear is not the correct fit for this headpone. The quality is good when it stays on my ear.

Everything else but comfort is good with this headset. The piece in the ear does not comform to stay in the ear at all. Around the ear does not conform to the ear either. Continies to fall off the ear and out of the ear. I wish you could send me a fitting for the ear that is more than round. All sizes with the set do the same, fall out of the ear.

I bought about 5 of these, they all works amazingly when they are working! All of them started to have issues after about 6 months time. I can hear clearly, but the other side can't hear me at all even if im screaming. It seems happens when I am sweating only, because it works sometimes in the moring, but not when the sun is out.

I bought this set for my office. It connects to my office phone [with use of lifter to remain hands free] and also connects via bluetooth to my cell phone. I am able to multi-task hands free.... it allows me to listen to music on my cell as I work, and also receive calls at my desk. And if i'm listening to music on my cell, it will announce an incoming call and asks if I want to accept or decline the call. I love it so much, I am going to buy another for personal use. Definitely recommend!!!

I baught this product about 2 months ago and I am not happy with its performance ,whenever I make or answer calls the person on the other side can barely hear me while I hear them loud and clear and that really frustrating to me

My husband bought one Voyager Legend to try it first before we bought another one as we have had crummy ear bud devices in the past. Not only is the noise cancellation very good- we're on open station 100+hp tractors out in the wind- but the thing stays put. It was simple to set up and the charge holds for a long time. It recharges very quickly- I've plugged it in on my tractor cab and after half an hour I'm good to go again. I didn't know it had a case- I just use an old hard shell eyeglass case. Also my iPhone SE is in a case that blocks the microphone so the Voyager legend is my work around.

I have had my Voyager for over 5 years now and have finally worn it out. Still has great sound quality and all features function. I just wore out the coating so now I have to fiddle with it to get it to connect. Buying another Voyager as soon as I finish this review. GREAT PRODUCT!

I've had four of these , but can only get about a year and half out of them. Before the rubber around the ear starts to tear. Extremely comfortable to wear. Great sound. But tired of spending the money each time.

The Legend CS works with my mobile phone, but does not work with my Polycom VVX 500. I do have the EHS Adapter, but can't get the Polycom phone to retain the Polycom Hookswitch mode. Kudo's to the Voyager Rep who spent nearly an hour trying to get this to work. Once he exhausted his possible workarounds, he sent me to Polycom who was virtually no help at all.

I received this form my employer as they are very safety oriented and don’t want us to drive distracted. I have had a few similar products before and didn’t care for the connectivity, the fit on my ear, etc. this device connects to my iPhone 7 extremely easily and I was pleasantly surprised when I had a call come in and the voice prompt asked. Me if I wanted to answer the call. No Hands! Just my voice. This is awesome. The extra ear pieces allowed me to find one comfortable for me and I wear glasses and still enjoy the fit. Riding my bike today knowing I can talk without looking at the phone to see who it is as it tells me if they are in my contact list. Also I drive a manual vehicle and using this is great while I have to shift constantly on the way to work. I have had a little trouble getting use to the buttons and their functions and the quick use guide is not very friendly. No real explanation and it would have taken two minutes to add. Overall it’s great. Recommend for sure

I live in Southern California and ordered this item from their San Diego location. Expected the item in a couple days since I live 2 hours away, but for some reason they decided to send the package to New York first which ended up taking 10 days for the package to arrive. The package arrived in a crushed brown box and the packaging itself was ripped on both sides. I contacted customer service and asked for a replacement since it must've been shooken up and crushed quite a bit to damage the boxes to that extent. They replied and said they sent an "advanced" shipment, but when I tracked the package, it was sent back to the sender. Contacted customer service but no response yet. Can't review a product you don't have, so I'll review my experience and update this review later if my mind is changed.

I have been through 3 of these inferior products in 18 months, no light to let you know it is charging, often does not charge at all, frequently hangs up calls, often has connectivity problems, shortest and hard to find charging cord, one spec of dust is on the headset or charger it will not charge! The worst design ever in headset history, please stop making them!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! WASTE OF MONEY, TIME, ENERGY!!!!!!!!

It works great. I am having trouble with the battery life only. No matter how long i keep it in the charging base battery fills to maximum of 80% which is weird. The ear tip isnt the most comfortable. Plantronics has other products with better ear tips.

This is by far the best BT headset out there! Very comfortable to wear all day, clear sound for both, the listener and the talker. However the unit is fragile and with regular and careful use only lasts about a year! At which point some functions stop working and eventually the rubber arm cracks. I'm on my third one now because there is nothing better out there for now.

I live in the north of Scotland so searched for a headset with good noise cancellation. It's only in the windiest conditions that it becomes a problem. The battery does seem to slowly drain even when not switched on but it's not a big deal.

I love the headset but have to constantly hold the mic closer to my mouth to be heard, kind of defeats the purpose of hands free. Tried to find smaller replacement ear buds but plantronics must not have them because I searched for awhile to find them.

I've had 2 Voyagers in the past 2 years. The first died in a shirt pocket after a full wash cycle in my washing machine; moisture proofing is a relative term. However, I'd been so impressed with this device that I went straight out and bought a new one, with charge case which is a boon. Gripes? 1: after a week or two, the on/off switch seems unable to maintain contact with the power source. This happened on both the old and new Legends; the cre seems to be to switch on and off rapidly several times, making sure to use the full travel of the switch. This sorts it out for a week or so, but it seems an unnecessarily violent fix. 2. People walk into my office and start talking without realizing I'm on a call. Plantronics might consider building an LED flashing beacon into the top front side of the device so that I could train people. Or maybe I'll just stick to wearing the baseball cap that has "I'M ON THE PHONE!!" embroidered on the front.

I’ve had this Legend ear piece for 2 years and I’ve had 0 problems with it, I’ve had it paired with 3 iPhones and still satisfied with it! It’s built well and is Very comfortable and easy to use, battery still gives 7 hours of talk time. I give it 2 thumbs up.

The overall sound quality and comfort of this device is great for me and my large ears when paired with my desk phone but, I'm so disappointed that the headset only supports pairing with 2 devices and not 3. This is a major gripe for me using my phone hardware, laptop and mobile daily. I have to pick 2. Pairing with the CS basestation and my mobile was a breeze and I'm able to use the headset with 2 devices with ease. It is also pretty good at knowing which device to prioritise (eg if my phone rings, it will switch to take the call, muting the sound coming from my mobile. Pairing to my computer, however; Windows drivers can be fiddly when it presents as a PLT-Handsfree and PLT-Legend Stereo. Handsfree mode works with the mic and sounds terrible overall (1 channel 16bit 8000Hz) and stereo mode (2 channel 16bit 44100Hz) has much higher audio quality but no mic. If you use the handsfree as the input device for microphone then you cannot use Legend Stereo for audio output as handsfree mode takes over the headset earpiece. I haven't found a good solution to this, I'm unable to increase the audio bitrate for the PLT-Handsfree for sound output so I have had to use a separate microphone for audio input or substantially sacrifice audio quality. Maybe there is a better bluetooth driver to use than the one provided by Microsoft but I'm yet to find it. Side note: My colleague who has quite small ears finds the headset particularly uncomfortable/unstable.

When Others Died This One Kept Working

I had this for over 3 years and ran it through the Washing Machine, Dryer and dropped it in my pool (6 foot depth before being able to fish it out. I was worried on both occasions this would not work again. I let the Voyager dry out for a couple days, then charged it, kept my fingers crossed and unbelievably it still worked.
