I am having an issue with my bluetooth charging in the case .. when I am out and away from power.. upset and cant get help.

I love the safety of the headset when in the case charging. I am confused how it works. If the headset is in the case, but the cord not plugged in, does it automatically charge? Or do I need to push the button?

Helps protect the earpiece do it doesn't get crushed in your pocket. Also helps me to avoid misplacing it. Love the charging capability (get about 3 charges from the case. Only wish it had a switch so I can store the earpiece without charging. I like to let the battery run down between charges.

I love the charger case! Works well when you don't want to carry the actual charger with me. Its also a great place to store it when you're not wearing your device.

I've had bluetooth capability since uve had a cell phone but nothing as clear amd and dependable as the Voyager Legend. Tje charge last ling, the carrying case keeps it charged it it last for hours. Best investment made for my phone

Love this product. Have been using Plantronics for years. Still have a wire plugin unit that works. Have tried other brands and was disappointed. We no longer waste our money on other brands.

I bought this to see how it would work. I am extremely pleased as sometimes I don't have enough ports in my car to plug everything up. I can put my earpiece in it and within 30 minutes i have a full charge.

I bought this after reading that it would charge my ear piece. Even after letting in charge all night the case does not charge the ear piece. Pretty disappointed. No store near me sells this so I was forced to buy online.

I bought this for what it is, an extra charger for my Legend. The case itself charges in a decent amount of time, and the charging of the Legend is decent time as well. My only con for this, is that it sgould have both better instructions as to how to use it, and it needs to have an on/off switch so the case can be used as just a case and not always charging when you put it in the case.

I purchased the head set a few months ago and the charge port in the case broke off inside the case . I had to order a new one as I love my Voyager. I contacted support and told them my issue with the charge case. They ask no questions other than if they could send me a replacement and where to send it. If I had known they would send me a replacement this quickly I would not have ordered the new one. So now I have two :-
